Abstract: 本発明は、太陽光発電モジュールに使用される樹脂部材の屋外曝露物性を改良する方法において、使用される物性改良剤として、紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤、酸化防止剤から選ばれた1種または2種以上の機能剤を結合した重合体を1種または2種以上が使用され、前記樹脂材料中に内部添加する、あるいは樹脂材料の表面に塗付、貼り付けすることを特徴とする樹脂部材の物性改良方法である。本発明によれば、太陽光発電モジュールに使用される樹脂部材が太陽光による紫外線や熱および雨水、河川、地下水に由来する水による水分、水蒸気、酸性水、アルカリ性水などの屋外での曝露に際し、樹脂物性を長期的に持続する方法を提供することができる。

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for improving the weathering properties of a resinous member for use in a solar light power generation module, characterized in that one or more polymers having, combined therewith, one or more functional agents selected from ultraviolet absorbers, light stabilizers, and antioxidants are used as a property improver and that the improver is incorporated into the resin material or is applied or adhered to the surface of the resin material. This method enables a resinous member used in a solar light power generation module to retain the material properties thereof over a long period when exposed outdoors to ultraviolet rays or heat attributable to sunlight, to water, water vapor, acidic water, or alkaline water derived from rainwater, rivers, or groundwater, and to other conditions.
