Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic/inorganic hybrid resin cured product with high thermal decomposition temperature and high glass transition temperature. SOLUTION: This organic/inorganic hybrid resin cured product has a structure in which inorganic nanoparticles are dispersed in a thermosetting resin containing a triazine ring. The thermosetting resin is preferably a cyanate resin represented by highly heat-resistant 2,2-bis(4-cyanatophenyl)propane or a copolymer of bismaleimide diphenylethane and 2,2-bis(4-cyanatophenyl)propane. The inorganic nanoparticle dispersing in the resin comprises at least one metal oxide particle of silica, titania, alumina and zirconia, and the particle diameter of the inorganic nanoparticle is preferably 1-100 nm giving high specific area effects of the inorganic nanoparticle. The invention gives the organic/inorganic hybrid resin cured product with high glass transition temperature and high thermal decomposition temperature while having low curing temperature. An adhesive sheet 1 including a binder 3 and adhesive particles 2 mixed in the binder 3 in which the adhesive particle 2 includes an inorganic particle 21 and a polymer 22, the inorganic particle 21 is chemically bonded with the polymer 22, a portion of the adhesive particles 2 is exposed to the surface of the binder 3, the refractive index of the inorganic particle 21 is higher than the refractive index of the binder 3, and the adhesion of the adhesive particle 21 larger than the adhesion of the inorganic particle 21. An adhesive sheet having high refractive index and high adhesion, as well as an optical member and an organic member and an organic light emission device can be provided.
