摘要： This invention relates to grease compositions containing mineral oil and/or synthetic oil as base oil, (A) lithium stearate as thickener, and (B) one kind or two kinds of more of compounds selected from a group of oxidized paraffins and diphenyl hydrogenphosphite and displaying a worked penetration in the range 270-350 and also to bearings such a s linear guides, ball screws, and rolling bearings sealed with said grease compositions.This invention can provide grease compositions of low dust emission which perform with an excellent balance of low dust emission, low rolling characteristics and fretting resistance, extend the lubricating period, reduce the maintenance cost, and are suitable for use in a clean environment. This invention can also provide bearings sealed with said grease compositions of low dust emission suitable for use in a clean environment such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment, liquid crystal manufacturing equipment, and electronic computers.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for dispensing a deicing liquid at a fixed position.
SOLUTION: A large number of spraying spots are provided on a roadway surface for spraying the deicing agent on a traffic road surface. Since these spraying spots are spraying bodies embedded in the paved surface of the roadway, a vehicle can pass over the spraying spots. Each of the spraying bodies ejects two deicing agent jets 2 and 3 in an illustrated embodiment or 2 and 3' in the other embodiment. These deicing-agent jets are ejected obliquely to traveling directions of each lane. A plurality of spraying bodies are supplied with the deicing agent through a plurality of pipes 4 and 5. These pipes are extended to each spraying body at the side of the roadway or in the paved face of the roadway. A tank 6 for the deicing agent is installed for the deicing agent. A plurality of the pipes 4 and 5 communicating with the respective spraying bodies 1 are supplied with the deicing agents from the tank for the deicing agent by a pump 7.

摘要： Provided are compounds of formula wherein R 1 is linear or branched alkyl; AR is phenyl, naphthyl, or phenanthryl; and m is 0, 1, or 2; and R 2 is an alkyl substituted carboxyl. Lubricating oils comprising a polyol ester lubricant in combination with one or more compounds of Formula I are also provided. Compounds having structures of Formula I are formed by mixing N-4-alkylphenyl-1-naphthylamine, paraformaldehyde, glacial acetic acid, and a polyol ester base lubricant and heating and stirring the mixture to cause a condensation reaction. Water and acetic acid are subsequently removed, thereby providing the compound of formula I in the polyol ester base lubricant.

Date Apr. 3, 1997Multigrade crankcase lubricants having low concentrations of chlorine and sulphated ash use multifunctional viscosity modifiers in place of conventional chlorine-containing dispersants. The lubricant contains at least 1.5 weight percent of a chlorine-containing dispersant that is a reaction product of a polyisobutenyl succinic anhydride and an organic amine, a multifunctional viscosity modifier and a detergent system that comprises a metal sulfonateand one or more metal salts of a phenolic organic acid selected from the group consisting of alkyl phenols, sulfurized alkyl phenols, and alkyl salicylic acids in an amount that provides at least 0.0025 gram equivalents of phenolic hydroxide. At least one of the metal salts is overbased and the detergent system includes not more than 0.008 gram equivalent % carbonate. The gram equivalent ratio of the total amount of phenolic hydroxide to the metal sulfonate is at least 1.4 to 1 while the gram equivalent ratio of all the organic metal salts to carbonate is at least 0.5 to 1. The lubricant contains no more than 50 ppm chlorine as determined by neutron activation analysis and no more than 1.2 wt. % sulphated ash as determined by ASTM D874.

摘要： There is disclosed a hydraulic working oil composition which comprises in the form of a blend, a base oil having a CA content of at most 5%; 0.01 to 5% by weight of an (A) aminic antioxidant such as 4,4'-dioctyldiphenylamine; 0.01 to 5% by weight of a (B) phenolic antioxidant such as 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol; 0.01 to 5% by weight of a (C) phosphoric ester such as tricresyl phosphate; and 0.001 to 5% by weight of a (D) fatty acid amide such as isostearic acid triethylenetetramide and/or polyhydric alcohol ester such as sorbitan monooleate each based on the whole amount of the composition. According to the present invention, there is provided the hydraulic working oil composition capable of effectively preventing premature deterioration of the working oil accompanying the trend towards high pressure and the sludge formation therein, being serviceable for a long period of time and at the same time, exhibiting stable working characteristics by eliminating the phenomenon of cylinder waviness, that is, a phenomenon of causing vibration and/or abnormal noise between a cylinder and a piston, between a rod and a (sealing) guide, or the like in a hydraulic working portion of hydraulic machinery.

摘要： A lubricating oil composition comprising a base oil having an aromatics content of 3.0 wt.% or less, a nitrogen content of 50 wt.ppm or less, a sulfur content of 50 wt.ppm or less and a viscosity of 2.0-50.0 mm /s at 10 DEG C, and added thereto 0.05-2.0 wt.% of an alkyldiphenylamine and/or a phenyl- alpha -naphthylamine and 50-2,000 wt.ppm (in terms of MO) of C8-C23 MoDTC and/or C3-C18 MoDTP, each based on the total weight of the composition. This composition has high thermal resistance, high oxidation stability and low friction characteristics, and is particularly suitable as a lubricating oil for internal combustion engines.
