    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lentivirus vector system that holds high-frequency retrograde transport ability in an animal brain and has a high titer.
    SOLUTION: The kit for preparing a retrograde transport viral vector includes (1) a packaging plasmid containing HIV-1 gag and pol gene, (2) a packaging plasmid containing an HIV-1 accessory gene, (3) a transfer plasmid containing a target gene and (4) an envelope plasmid containing, as an envelope gene, a gene encoding a fused polypeptide containing an extracellular domain of rabies virus glycoprotein (RV-G), a transmembrane domain of rabies virus glycoprotein (RV-G) or vesicular stomatitis virus glycoprotein (VSV-G) and an intracellular domain of vesicular stomatitis virus glycoprotein (VSV-G).
