PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a lighting unit which can connect an electronic component for surface mounting with one kind of a bus bar and moreover suppressing enlargement of the unit while color temperature is made changeable, and hardly causing emission unevenness.SOLUTION: There are provided: three of a first bus bar 19, a second bus bar 19, and a third bus bar 19 of the same shape on which a pair of separated right and left contact spring pieces 35 are formed and which are inserted in a housing 17 and arranged parallel in a separation direction; a first semiconductor light emitting element 21 to be connected to the pair of the right and left contact spring pieces 35 adjacent to the first bus bar 19 and the second bus bar 19; a second semiconductor light emitting element 23 which is connected to the pair of the right and left contact spring pieces 35 adjacent to the second bus bar 19 and the third bus bar 19 and emits light in a color temperature different from the first semiconductor light emitting element 21; and a cover 13 inside which the housing 17 is inserted and which is provided with a lens 25 through which emission light from the first semiconductor light emitting element 21 and the second semiconductor light emitting element 23 is transmitted.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the good/bad of terminal insertion, in insertion of a pressure contact terminal including a crimp part and a press-fit part to an insertion hole part, and clarify a failure state of terminal insertion. SOLUTION: The method for determining a failure of terminal insertion includes steps of: checking whether a preset condition is satisfied in a crimping period Tc in which the crimp part is crimped to a wire to determine the failure state; checking whether a preset condition is satisfied in a middle period Tm between the crimping period Tc and a press-fit period Ti in which the press-fit part is press-fitted to a press-fit object part to determine the failure state; and checking whether a preset condition is satisfied in the press-fit period Ti to determine the failure state. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To multistage and install a conductive path conductive to a plurality of contact terminals in the direction perpendicular to an electronic substrate surface while forming those contact terminals on the same plane of the electronic substrate. SOLUTION: A connection terminal 5 is provided of which one end is connected to a second connector pin 4 in contact with an inside contact terminal 33 positioned inside the electronic substrate 31, and which extends toward the direction separating from the surface of the electronic substrate 31 in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the electronic substrate 31, and has a through-groove 5b through which a conductor part 19b of a harness 19 penetrates. Accordingly, a first connector pin 10 electrically connected to a head contact terminal 32 of the electronic substrate 31, and the tip of the connection terminal 5 electrically connected to the inside contact terminal 33 can be installed with sufficient intervals in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the electronic substrate 31. As a result, harnesses 18, 19 become possible to be multistaged and provided which form conductive paths conductive to the head contact terminal 32 and the inside contact terminal 33, respectively. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive joint absorption connector having the function adaptable to the array requirement on a wire harness side, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The joint absorption connector 1 comprises a connector block 2 having first and second connection spaces on both sides of an internal intermediate wall, and having a plurality of connector sub assemblies 7 with a male tab protruded respectively in the first and second connection spaces laminated on the internal intermediate wall, a plurality of press-contact connectors 3 having a housing and a plurality of pressure-contact terminals fitted to the housing, a wire group 4 arranged across a plurality of pressure-contact connectors 3. The joint, of the wire harness 5 having a counter-side connector 6 to be connected via the second connection space is absorbed by inserting the individual pressure-contact connectors 3 with the wire group 4 arranged thereon in the corresponding first connection space of the connector block 2, and connecting them to the male tab.
