    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrazone compound which can be produced by simple operations and processes, is useful as a raw material compound of an electrode catalyst and enables the fine dispersion of a catalyst metal.
    SOLUTION: This hydrazone compound is expressed by general formula (1) [wherein, Py is 2-pyridyl, 3-pyridyl or 4-pyridyl]. A metal complex-forming hydrazone compound which is expressed by general formula (1) and forming a metal complex by coordinating with at least one of a metal species, a ligand for forming the metal complex comprising the above hydrazone compound and a monomer for producing the high molecular compound are provided.
