    Abstract: PURPOSE:To readily obtain the subject cyanoimino-substituted heterocyclic compounds useful as medical drugs, etc., without industrial pollution in a mild condition by reacting an N-cyanoiminodialkyl (or diphenyl) carbonate with an alkylene diamine. CONSTITUTION:A compound of formula I (R is 1-6C lower alkyl or phenyl) is reacted with a compound of formula II (R and R are H, 1-18C alkyl, phenyl, benzyl, etc.; R to R are H or 1-5C alkyl; n 15 0 or 1) to obtain the objective compound of formula III. The above-mentioned reaction is carried out in a condition where the ratio of the compound of formula II to the compound of formula I is specified to (formula II)/(formula I)=0.5-1.5, preferably 0.8-1.2. This production method is free from a malodorous raw material compound, by-production of mercaptan, etc.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain in high efficiency the title compound useful as a pesticide or an intermediate for pesticides and medicines by reaction between an N- nitroimidedithiocarbonic ester and diamine. CONSTITUTION:The objective compound of formula III can be obtained by reaction in an inert solvent such as halogen-or alcohol-based one at -30 deg.C to the boiling point between (A) a compound of formula I (R1 and R2 are each alkyl) and (B) another compound of formula II (R3 and R4 are each H, alkyl or heterocycle-substituted alkyl; R5 is H or alkyl; n is 2-4). The amount of the component B (diamine) to be used is 1-3 (pref. 1-1.5) molar times that of the compound A.
