Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutralizing material for acidic soil, and a method for treating acidic soil, which allow the neutralization treatment easy in handling and friendly to the environment.SOLUTION: The method for treating acidic soil 1 includes: mixing an acidic soil-neutralizing material 2 composed of leaves of cystolith forming plants (Moraceae, Ulmaceae, family of water willow, Cucurbitaceae, Ulticaceae, family of liana, Opiliaceae, Hamamelidaceae, Cornaceae) scratched beforehand by crushing or cutting after drying or composted leaves of cystolith forming plants, with an acidic soil 1; or covering the surface of an acidic soil 1 with a mixed soil of the acidic soil-neutralizing material 2 and a soil.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating acid soil for easily neutralizing underground acidified soil in situ at a low cost regardless of the using conditions of the ground surface directly on the same. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the method for treating acid soil with which the suspension 6 of lime powder which has a grain size of ≤180 μm and in which the passing weight percentage of a sieve is ≥72% is made to flow into a boring hole 5 formed in such a manner that it reaches the underground improvement objective region 1 comprising acidified soil and also the tip side 5a is made lower than the tail side 5b, thus the suspension 6 is infiltrated into the improvement objective region 1 so as to neutralize the acidified soil. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soil conditioner that simultaneously improves soil and acidic soil by bark compost, enables reuse of charcoal and bamboo charcoal from bark, lumber from thinning, etc., having difficulty in disposal, and marine algae, seashells, etc., and is effective for acidic soil. SOLUTION: The soil conditioner is obtained by adding one or more kinds selected from charcoal 2, bamboo charcoal, a carbonized product 3 of seashell and a carbonized product 4 of marine algae to bark compost 1 being compost obtained from bark and has 30-95 wt.% content of bark compost 1. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fly ash-based fertilizer having an excellent function converting barren land to the soil of rich vegetation. SOLUTION: The fly ash-based fertilizer comprises 100 pts.wt. of fly ash as a major component, 0.9-9 pts.wt. of calcium sulfate as an essential component, 0.9-9 pts.wt. of aluminum sulfate, and 0.9-9 pts.wt. of silicon dioxide. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and surely green treated soil mixed with a cement-based material and a lime-based material at a low cost. SOLUTION: This improved soil is characterized by stirring treated soil and simultaneously adding a prescribed chemical to the treated soil to form crystallized coating films of the particles or clods of the treated soil. The treated soil is obtained by adding a solidifying material containing a cement-based material or a lime-based material as a main component to sludge such as construction mud or dredge mud. A method for producing the improved soil comprises charging the above-mentioned treated soil into a stirring tank or a pit set onto the ground, stirring the treated soil and simultaneously adding a phosphate or sulfate-based chemical fertilizer, especially calcium superphosphate, bisuperphosphate of lime or magnesium sulfate as a chemical to the treated soil.
