    Abstract: In an embodiment, a device includes: a first dielectric layer having a first sidewall; a second dielectric layer having a second sidewall; a word line between the first dielectric layer and the second dielectric layer, the word line having an outer sidewall and an inner sidewall, the inner sidewall recessed from the outer sidewall, the first sidewall, and the second sidewall; a memory layer extending along the outer sidewall of the word line, the inner sidewall of the word line, the first sidewall of the first dielectric layer, and the second sidewall of the second dielectric layer; and a semiconductor layer extending along the memory layer.

    Abstract: A method for uplink transmission by a UE includes obtaining information regarding a plurality of power control sets each having a plurality of power control parameters, wherein a value of at least one parameter in a first power control set is different from a value of the at least one parameter in a second power control set; obtaining information associating at least one of the power control sets with at least one operational property of the UE; and when at least one of the operational properties is in effect on the UE, transmitting a PUSCH using the parameters of the power control set associated with the at least one operational property in effect.

    Abstract: A method for determining a remote radio device and a distributed AP are provided. The method includes: A baseband device determines parameters of uplink signals received by N remote radio devices, where N is a natural number greater than 1. The baseband device selects, based on the parameters, at least one remote radio device from the N remote radio devices as a remote radio device in a target set. The baseband device performs decoding based on an uplink signal received by the remote radio device in the target set, or positions a terminal device based on an uplink signal received by the remote radio device in the target set.

    Abstract: In an embodiment an electronic load for installation in a power supply of a vehicle lamp includes a first connection node connected to two first connection sections adapted to be connected between respective corresponding connection sections of a first line carrying a voltage potential, a second connection node connected to two second connection sections adapted to be connected between respective corresponding connection sections of a second line carrying a reference potential, wherein a difference between the voltage potential and the reference potential comprises a supply voltage configured to be supplied to the vehicle lamp and a current sink circuit coupled between the first and second connection nodes, the current sink circuit configured to cause a substantially constant current flow independently of a time-varying supply voltage from at least one of the first connection sections to at least one of the second connection sections.
