Abstract:
This invention relates to a novel mRNA composition and its production method useful for developing and manufacturing RNA-based anti-viral and/or anti-cancer vaccines and medicines. This invention includes two types of mRNA constructs, namely “5′-hairpin messenger RNA (5hmRNA)” and “messenger-hairpin-messenger RNA (mhmRNA)”, respectively. Both of 5hmRNA and mhmRNA contain at least a hairpin-like stem-loop RNA structure. The 5hmRNA contains at least a stem-loop RNA structure in the 5′-UTR of a protein/peptide-coding mRNA, while the mhmRNA contains a middle stem-loop structure flanked with two protein/peptide-coding mRNA sequences on both sides. In mhmRNA, the first 5′-mRNA preferably encodes an RNA replicase, for amplifying the second 3′-mRNA in transfected cells. After transfection into target cells, 5hmRNA and mhmRNA can be further translated into at least a desired protein/peptide. A sensing faucet for the integration of soap supply with water exit includes a main body configured with a mounting portion having a first mounting zone and second mounting zone, where the first mounting zone is used to accept a water supply module, and the second mounting zone a soap supply module, where an obtuse angle is formed between the first and second mounting zones. With the above structure, the soap supply module can conform to a human factor design besides the water and soap supply modules are integrated with each other in the same sensing faucet, allowing users direct soap supply according hand washing habits without needing to touch any other components, and the hand cleaning convenience can then be achieved.

A propulsion device includes a cylinder body, a first set of blades, a second set of blades, a first transmission shaft, a second transmission shaft, a power gear box and an accelerator. The first set of blades and the second set of blades are disposed in an airflow channel of the cylinder body. The first transmission shaft is connected to the first set of blades and the second transmission shaft is connected to the second set of blades. The first transmission shaft and the second transmission shaft are interconnected by the accelerator. The first set of blades has a first rotation speed, and the accelerator causes the second set of blades to have a second rotation speed. The second rotation speed is greater than the first rotation speed to increase the propulsion force.

This invention is related to a novel sugar-like chemical composition and its use for diabetes therapy. Particularly, the present invention teaches the use of monosaccharide-like glycylated sugar alcohol compounds to block or reduce sugar absorption in diabetes patients, so as to prevent the risk of hyperglycemia symptoms. Glycylation of sugar alcohols is a totally novel reaction that has never been reported before. Therefore, the novelty of the present invention is that for the first time glycylated sugar alcohols not only was found but also was found to be useful for treating Diabetes mellitus. In addition, the present invention teaches a method for producing these glycylated sugar alcohols. In sum, the present invention includes not only a kind of novel sugar-like chemical compositions and its use for treating diabetes but also a state-of-the-art protocol and methodology for producing such a novel composition via glycylation of sugars and sugar alcohols.

An activation device for an electronic faucet comprises a body, a shell, and a battery. It is further characterized in that a wireless transmission module is arranged at the shell and electrically connected with the battery pack. The wireless transmission module has an activation switch which has a timer to be set to turn on/off the wireless transmission module. Therefore, the wireless transmission module may be not continuously operated so as to effectively reduce the power loss.

A foamed soap dispensing structure comprises a container, a cover set, a faucet, and a foaming unit. The foaming unit has a foaming member and an outer ring. The foaming member has two inlets and a foam material. The outer ring has an assembling end corresponding to a connection end of a soap providing portion of the faucet. When the foaming unit is clogged, the foaming unit may be pulled out by an user so that the assembling end may be separated from the connection end of the soap providing portion to easily replace the foaming member and then to achieve the effect of easy construction.

A voltage regulator includes an output stage electrically coupled with an output end of the voltage regulator. The output stage includes at least one transistor having a bulk and a drain. At least one back-bias circuit is electrically coupled with the bulk of the at least one transistor. The at least one back-bias circuit is configured to provide a bulk voltage, such that the bulk and the drain of the at least one transistor are reverse biased during a standby mode of a memory array that is electrically coupled with the voltage regulator.
