摘要: A counter track joint comprises an outer joint part, an inner joint part, first pairs of tracks widening towards the opening side of the outer joint part when the counter track joint is aligned, and second pairs of tracks widening towards the connecting side of the outer joint part when the counter track joint is aligned; a ball in each of the first and second pairs of tracks; a ball cage having circumferentially distributed cage windows each receiving one of the balls, wherein one of the outer ball track group and the inner ball track group is hardened and hard machined, and the other of the outer ball track group and the inner ball track group is soft finished and subsequently hardened. A method of manufacturing a counter track joint is provided.

摘要: Bellows, for example, a roll bellows and a folding bellows, can be produced that can be used at higher temperatures such as those prevailing in modern articulated constructions, using a mixture comprising at least one thermoplastic elastomer selected from the group of copolysters with a hard segment and a soft segment, wherein in a first step the at least one thermoplastic elastomer is mixed with approximately 0.8 wt. % to approximately 5 wt. % triallyl isocyanurate, based on the total amount of the mixture; in a second step the bellows is produced; and in a third step, the bellows is exposed to an ionizing irradiation in a range from approximately 140 kGy to approximately 350 kGy.

摘要: The invention elates to an electric drive assembly for a multi-axle driven motor vehicle which comprises an internal combustion engine, a multi-step transmission with an output shaft for driving a rear axle, as well as an optionally driveable front axle. The drive assembly comprises an electric machine (6), a reduction gearing (7) drivingly connected to the electric machine (6), a driveshaft (9) drivingly connected to the reduction gearing (7) and drivingly connectable to a front propeller shaft (65) for driving the front axle, and a housing 5 in which the electric machine (6) and the reduction gearing (7) are arranged. The housing (5) comprises connecting means (16) for connecting the drive assembly (2) to the multi-step transmission. The electric drive assembly is designed such that, with the electric drive assembly mounted at the multi-step transmission (56), a rear propeller shaft (57) can be connected at least indirectly to the output shaft of the multi-step transmission for driving the rear axle. Furthermore, the invention relates to a motor vehicle with such a driveline assembly.

摘要: A mechanical and electric drive train of a motor vehicle having an internal combustion engine and an electric motor, includes a conventional drive train which is driven by the internal combustion engine, an electric motor drive drain which is driven by an electric motor, a manual gearbox arranged in the conventional drive train, and at least one axle drive unit for driving axle drive members which are connected or are connectable via a clutch to driving wheels of at least one axle of the motor vehicle. The electric motor drive train is frictionally connected between the manual gearbox and the axle drive members to the drive train via at least one first clutch device, wherein the frictional connection can be produced and eliminated by actuation of the first clutch device.
