A scintillation layer is formed on a surface side of the protective layer. Corrosion of a photoelectric conversion element of the light receiving section, the electrode pads and the interconnect is prevented by the protective layer. When they are integrally coated with the protective layer, the light receiving section and the substrate-side electrode pad of the photoelectric conversion substrate can be arranged with a distance therebetween shortened, thereby realizing miniaturization of a detector and enlargement of the light receiving section.

    摘要: [Object] An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing fermented milk that can keep good taste and quality regardless of the condition of lactobacillus and enzymes.[Means for Solving] The invention is directed to a method for manufacturing fermented milk that comprises a step of fermenting the ingredient milk that comprises enzyme and a step of executing de-oxygen treatment before the fermenting step. The enzyme has best pH of activation in neutral region and loses its activity in acid region and can decompose lactose which is included in the ingredient milk when the enzyme is in an active state.     摘要: A first protective layer is formed on the surface of a photoelectric conversion substrate on which photoelectric transducers have been provided, and then, a scintillator layer is formed thereon, whereby degradation of the photoelectric transducers due to the contact with the scintillator layer is prevented. A second protective layer covering the surface of the scintillator is formed. A peripheral part of the first protective layer is allowed to be in close contact with a peripheral part of the second protective layer to seal the scintillator layer between the first protective layer and the second protective layer, whereby degradation of the scintillator layer due to the moisture in the atmospheric air is prevented.

A phosphor layer converting a radiation ray into visible light is formed additionally on the reflective resin sheet formed on one face of the supporting substrate. The phosphor layer is enclosed with an additional moisture-proof layer and the reflective resin sheet. It is possible to obtain a scintillator panel higher in sensitivity characteristics, stabilized in quality and more cost-effective by placing the reflective resin sheet between the supporting substrate and the phosphor layer.

    摘要: Aspects of the invention can provide an image processing circuit for gray scale correction, an image display apparatus, and an image processing method that allow reduction in the storage capacity needed for storing correction characteristics data without increasing clock rate in relation to interpolation processing of correction characteristics. A exemplary image processing circuit according to the invention can be applied, for example, to color correction or gamma correction of color image data. Gray scale correction characteristics data for a number of gray scale levels that is less than the number of gray scale levels of input image data can be stored in first and second lookup table storing units. Considering a gray scale value of a pixel that is being considered for gray scale correction processing as an input gray scale value, the first and second lookup-table storing units are referred to, obtaining an output gray scale value corresponding to the input gray scale value and an output gray scale value corresponding to an adjacent input gray scale value. An adjacent gray scale value refers to a gray scale value that is higher by one or lower by one than another input gray scale value. Then, output gray scale values between these two adjacent output gray scale values can be calculated by linear interpolation, obtaining output values for all input gray scale values. Subsequently, gray scale correction can be performed for each pixel of input image data, outputting corrected image data.
