    Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive a downlink transmission and send a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission in each resource block (RB) of an interlace of a plurality of RBs in an active bandwidth part (BWP). A base sequence is mapped to the PUCCH transmission repetitively, once to each RB of the plurality of RBs of the interlace, using a different cyclic shift of the base sequence for each RB. Each different cyclic shift of the base sequence in the PUCCH transmission to each RB is a function of a RB index of the respective RB. The PUCCH transmission indicates either an acknowledgement (ACK) or a negative ACK (NACK) of the received downlink transmission.

    Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive a first time division duplex (TDD) uplink (UL)/downlink (DL) configuration information via system information. Also, the WTRU may receive second TDD UL/DL configuration information via dedicated radio resource control (RRC) signaling. Further, the WTRU may receive third TDD UL/DL configuration information via downlink control information (DCI). The WTRU may transmit a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission. Moreover, the WTRU may transmit at least one PUSCH repetition transmission in a time interval indicated as a UL time interval in at least one of the first TDD UL/DL configuration information, the second TDD UL/DL configuration information, or the third TDD UL/DL configuration information. In an example, the system information may be a system information block (SIB), such as a SIB1.

    Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may be configured to receive a primary synchronization signal (PSS) scrambled with a first sequence and to determine a PSS sequence index (uk) associated with the PSS and a first sequence index (wi) associated with the first sequence. The WTRU may be configured to determine a first parameter set based on the PSS sequence index (uk) and the first sequence index (wi) and to send information using at least one parameter from the determined first parameter set. The first parameter set may be associated with a waveform. The first parameter set may comprise at least one of: an indication of a waveform type and an indication of a multiplexing scheme. The information may be a physical random access channel (PRACH) transmission. The WTRU may be configured to determine a first offset based on the PSS sequence index (uk) and the first sequence index (wi).

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for receiving a broadcast configuration indicating when a change in a RAN function termination occurs is provided, for example, by a timer value. The broadcast configuration may be received from a satellite, blimp or other moving transmitter. A dedicated configuration may also be received from the serving cell. The dedicated configuration may include a preamble, a transient configuration and an indication of a layer 2 behavior. If a WTRU detects a change in RAN function termination, the WTRU may suspend any uplink data transmissions, apply the transient configuration and transmit the preamble to a target cell. The WTRU may synchronize with the target cell and apply the layer 2 behavior.

    Abstract: A WTRU may select sidelink unicast or groupcast to transmit data. If the WTRU selects sidelink unicast, the WTRU may select to use HARQ ACK/NACK feedback for the transmission. If the WTRU selects sidelink groupcast, either HARQ NACK or HARQ ACK/NACK may be selected depending upon one or more factors. The WTRU may select HARQ NACK or HARQ ACK/NACK depending upon one or more of: a number of WTRUs to receive the data; a condition of a channel associated with transmission; or a quality of service associated with transmission. The WTRU may select a first or second PSFCH format for feedback based upon one or more factors. The WTRU may select a first or second PSFCH format based upon one or more of: the selected sidelink unicast or groupcast; the selected HARQ NACK or HARQ ACK/NACK feedback; or a quality of service associated with the transmission.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are provided to implement transmission scheduling. A multiband device may send a request via a first frequency band. The request may include a multiband Request to Send (MRTS) transmission. The request may be associated with a second frequency band and/or a beamforming training schedule. The first frequency band may be associated with a quasi-omni transmission and the second frequency band may be associated with a directional transmission. The first frequency band may be a 5 GHz band and the second frequency band may be a 60 GHz band. The multiband device may receive a multiband Clear to Send (MCTS) transmission via the first frequency band confirming the request. The multiband device may be configured to send a beamforming signal in accordance with the request, for example, via the second frequency band. The beamforming signal may be sent in accordance with a beamforming training schedule.

    Abstract: A first wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive, from a second WTRU, sidelink control information (SCI), including first information indicating if a resource is reserved by the second WTRU, and second information indicating if the second WTRU is a power saving or non-power saving. The first WTRU may measure a reference signal receive power (RSRP) of signals transmitted by the second WTRU. The first WTRU may add a resource to a set of available resources if the first information indicates that the resource is not reserved by the second WTRU. If a resource is reserved, the WTRU may set an RSRP threshold to a first set or second threshold based on a power saving mode of the second WTRU. The first WTRU may add the resource to the set of available resources if the measured RSRP is less than the selected RSRP threshold.
