    摘要: A catalyst composition for hydrotreating of hydrocarbon oils is disclosed. The composition comprises a Group VIB metal in an amount of 5-30% by weight, as oxide, and a Group VIII metal in an amount of 1-10% by weight, as oxide, wherein said Group VIB metal and said Group VIII metal are distributed with a concentration gradient which becomes higher from the surface toward the center of a catalyst particle according to the formulas, 0.9>h.sub.2 /h.sub.1 .gtoreq.0, wherein h.sub.1 is the Group VIB metal concentration at the center of the catalyst particle and h.sub.2 at the outermost surface of the catalyst particle, and 0.9>h.sub.4 /h.sub.3 .gtoreq.0, wherein h.sub.3 is the Group VIII metal concentration at the center of the catalyst particle and h.sub.4 at the outermost surface of the catalyst particle. The catalyst composition can be used for hydrodesulfurization, hydrodenitrification, hydrodemetalization, and hydrocracking of topping or vacuum distillates and residues, as well as hydrotreatments for the refining of such fractions as kerosene, gas oil, wax, and lubricating oil. It exhibits a high activity for a prolonged period of time. Processes for manufacturing the catalyst composition are also disclosed.

    摘要: A catalyst composition for the hydrogenation of heavy hydrocarbon oil, where the catalyst composition comprises at least one active ingredient for hydrogenation supported on a porous alumina carrier and has the following characteristics: (1) the total volume of the pores therein is from 0.4 to 1.0 ml/g; (2) the mean pore diameter of pores having a pore diameter of from 5 to 400 .ANG. is from 60 to 140 .ANG.; (3) the volume of pores having a pore size within .+-.25% of the mean pore diameter of pores having a pore diameter of from 5 to 400 .ANG. is from 60 to 98% of the volume of pores having a pore diameter of from 5 to 400 .ANG.; (4) the volume of pores having a pore diameter of from 400 to 5000 .ANG. is from 2 to 9% of the total volume of the entire pores; (5) the ratio (mm.sup.2 /mm.sup.3) of the outer surface area of a molded catalyst powder to the volume thereof is from 4 to 8; and (6) all points in the interior of the molded catalyst particle are positioned within 0.05 to 0.6 mm from the outer surface thereof. A process for producing the catalyst composition is also disclosed. Further, a process for hydrogenating heavy hydrocarbon oil, which comprises contacting the heavy hydrocarbon oil with the catalyst composition in the presence of hydrogen is disclosed.

    摘要: A two-piece motor stator having; a generally annular inner iron stator core having a plurality of teeth extending radially outwardly from outer surface thereof, an annular outer iron stator core having slots in the inner surface thereof for receiving tip portions of the teeth, and coils provided around body portions of the teeth respectively before the inner and outer iron cores are combined together by press fitting, wherein the outer iron stator core has a plurality of channels made in the inner surface, the channels being formed along each of the slots for absorbing stress resulting from press fitting the tip portions into the slots in order to reduce the degree of deformation of the inner and outer stator iron cores. The channels may be made in the tip portions of the teeth instead of the inner surface of the outer iron stator. The channels also may be filled with a deformable and magnetically soft material.

    摘要: A hydrocarbon conversion crystalline catalyst composition is described comprising 5 to 90% by weight of a crystalline aluminosilicate zeolite, 5 to 90% by weight of a porous inorganic oxide, 1 to 20% by weight of a Group VI metal component (calculated as the corresponding oxide), 0 to 7% by weight of a Group VIII metal component (calculated as the corresponding oxide), and at least one of phosphorus and boron components. The weight ratio of the amount of the phosphorus+boron components (calculated as elemental phosphorus and elemental boron) to the Group VI metal component (calculated as the corresponding oxide) is from 0.01:1 to 0.08:1 and the weight ratio of each of phosphorus and boron to the Group VI metal component is below 0.045:1. This composition is prepared by contacting a support comprising the crystalline aluminosilicate zeolite and inorganic oxide with a solution containing a Group VI metal component and at least one phosphorus or boron component. The weight ratio of elemental phosphorus+elemental boron to the Group VI metal component (calculated as the corresponding oxide) is from 0.01:1 to 0.08:1 and the weight ratio of each of elemental phosphorus and elemental boron to the Group VI metal component (also calculated as the corresponding oxide) is below 0.045:1. The solution has a pH of from 3.3 to 6.0. The Group VI metal component and at least one of the phosphourus and boron components are deposited on the support.

    摘要: A catalyst composition for the hydrogenation of heavy hydrocarbon oil comprising at least one active ingredient for hydrogenation supported on a porous refractory oxide carrier and which has the following characteristics:(1) the mean pore diameter of the pores thereof is in the range of 130 to 250 .ANG.;(2) the volume of pores having a pore diameter within .+-.30 .ANG. of the mean pore diameter is in the range of from not less than 30% to less than 60% of the total volume of the pores;(3) the volume of pores having a pore diameter of not larger than 80 .ANG. is not more than 13% of the total volume of the pores;(4) the volume of pores having a pore diameter of not smaller than 350 .ANG. is not more than 25% of the total volume of the pores; and(5) the ratio (mm.sup.2 /mm.sup.3) of the outer surface of a molded catalyst particle to the volume thereof is in the range of 3 to 8. There are also disclosed a process for producing the catalyst composition and a process for hydrogenating heavy hydrocarbon oil, the latter of which comprise contacting heavy hydrocarbon oil with the catalyst composition in the presence of hydrogen.
