Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cerebrovascular analysis system which enables early diagnosis of various incurable cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebral thrombosis by measuring an elastic coefficient, blood vessel compliance, blood flow resistance, and blood flow in each cerebrovascular branch. The measurement is achieved by biomechanically analyzing blood vessels in the brain using an electrocardiogram, phonocardiogram, electroencephalogram, pulse wave, and ultrasonic doppler signal as basic data in order to measure biomechanical properties and blood flow properties of blood vessels in the brain for the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.
Abstract:
A network separation apparatus allows a user terminal, connected to an internal network, to connect an external network. The network separation apparatus includes a packet transmission/reception unit to receive a packet generated in a virtual environment on the user terminal and transmit the packet either to the external network or the internal network. The apparatus also includes a packet analysis unit to analyze the packet received from the packet transmission/reception unit and a packet processing unit to allow the packet to be transmitted to the external network or the internal network, separately, based on an analysis result of the packet from the packet analysis unit and a preset packet processing policy.

A touch sensor system using vibration at touch point is provided, which includes a first sensor bar having a piezoelectric grid formed on a side surface thereof, a second sensor unit having a piezoelectric grid formed on a side surface thereof, and connected at one end to an end of the first sensor bar in a perpendicular relation, a signal processing unit connected to the first and second sensor units to receive an electric signal, and a touch point calculating unit which calculates a location of touch with respect to a screen through which the touch is inputted, based on the electric signal received at the signal processing unit.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for protecting data using a virtual environment, which creates a safe virtual environment that supports the execution of application programs being operated on a computer and which enables important data to be inputted or outputted only within the virtual environment, such that access to the important data is prevented in a general local environment. According to the present invention, data leakage is initially prevented to protect data, and convenience is provided in that a user may use the computer in a general manner while performing desired work.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cardiovascular diagnostic system which enables early detection of cardiovascular diseases and defines their causes. Unlike known electrocardiographs, the cardiovascular diagnosis system can further measure elastic coefficient of blood vessels (the degree of arteriosclerosis), blood vessel compliance, blood flow, and blood flow resistance and velocity in blood vessel branches of the right and left coronary arteries. The elastic coefficient shows organic changes to blood vessels. The compliance shows organic and functional changes of blood vessels simultaneously. The blood flow shows blood flow resistance.
Abstract:
A non-volatile semiconductor memory device capable of reducing program disturb and a method of programming the same are provided. A bit line connected to a non-selected memory cell in the same block as a selected memory cell enters a floating state by inactivating a bit line selection switch, so that voltage levels of an first conductivity type channel and a source/drain terminal formed in a pocket second conductivity type well below a memory transistor have an intermediate level of a voltage level of a selection line and the pocket P type well. Therefore, program disturb caused by FN tunneling and junction hot electrons can be inhibited.
Abstract:
In a nonvolatile semiconductor memory device, and a method of fabricating the same, the nonvolatile semiconductor memory device includes a cell doping region and source/drain regions in a semiconductor substrate, the cell doping region being doped as a first conductive type, a channel region disposed between the source/drain regions in the semiconductor substrate, a tunnel doping region of the first conductive type formed in a predetermined region of an upper portion of the cell doping region, the tunnel doping region being doped in a higher concentration than that of the cell doping region, a tunnel insulating layer formed on a surface of the semiconductor substrate on the tunnel doping region, a gate insulating layer surrounding the tunnel insulating layer and covering the channel region and the cell doping region exposed beyond the tunnel doping region, and a gate electrode covering the tunnel insulating layer and on the gate insulating layer.
Abstract:
Disclosed is duplex stainless steel that containes relatively low content of Ni, and limits constituents of Cr—Mo—Mn—N to make volume fraction of α and γ have about 50:50, thereby minimizing incidence of a edge crack to enhance a production yield and decrease a processing load, in which the alloy constituents includes Cr of 19.5˜22.5%. Mo of 0.5-2.5%, Ni if 1.0-3.0%, Mn of 1.5-4.5%, N of 0.15-0.25%, Fe and unavoidable elements, and a constitution range of the alloy constituents are adjusted to make a CPt higher than 20° C. depending on the constitution range of the alloy constituents. Thus, the contents of Cr, Mo and Ni is decreased and the content of Mn is increased a little, so that a production cost thereof is reduced; the corrosion resistance is secured to be better than the STS 304 steel and the 316L steel; the incidence of the edge cract is decreased while being hot-rolled, thereby decreasing a load on the following process; and the surface defective is decreased, thereby improving a production yield.
Abstract:
An apparatus for preemptively protecting against malicious code by selective virtualization comprises: a compulsory resource storage unit which selects and stores compulsory resources required for executing a vulnerable program having an interface with an external source in a separated space; a modified resource-generating unit which generates a new resource by modifying the content of a resource accessed by the vulnerable program in the event the vulnerable program accesses a resource other than said compulsory resources; and a resource control unit which performs an operating system-level virtualization when the vulnerable program accesses the compulsory resource, and permits the vulnerable program to access the modified resource when the vulnerable program accesses a resource other than the compulsory resource.
