摘要： A navigation apparatus includes: a basic frame generating unit for generating a basic frame two-dimensionally configured based on a search item axis and a search result display axis; a three-dimensional (3-D) search result listing image generating unit for generating a 3-D search result listing image in which a plurality of search result cards show as if they are stereoscopically arranged in a domino-like configuration along the search item axis and the search result display axis of the basic frame, the search result cards having titles of search results thereon; and a control unit for outputting the 3-D search result listing image to a predetermined display unit with a predetermined display angle, thereby displaying the 3-D search result listing image at the display angle.

The server 124 distributes distribution software 243 to the reception terminal 113 via the network 112, the distribution software 243 being constituted of browser software 251 having specifications to be satisfied in order for a component to receive predetermined services, and a multimedia content 252 having a predetermined configuration. The reception terminal 113 displays the distributed multimedia content 252 on the distributed browser. The present invention is applicable to personal computers, digital electronic home appliances and the like.

摘要： In a CCD solid state image sensing device in which a photosensitive section is constructed by a photodiode formed by a PN junction between a first P-type well region and an N-type impurity diffusion region formed on an N-type silicon substrate, the N-type impurity diffusion region is formed by the ion implantation of single substance of arsenic (As). According to this CCD solid state image sensing device, a bright flaw on an image sensing screen, which is one of the defects encountered with an image sensing screen, can be reduced. Also, the n-type impurity diffusion region constructing the PN Junction can be reduced in size and the CCD solid state image sensing device itself can be made compact in size. Further, a method of manufacturing a CCD solid state image sensing device also is provided.
