Disclosed are a CoMP transmission feedback method, device and system, the method comprising: determining an inter-mode reference relationship between at least two configured modes according to configuration information transmitted by a base station (s101); at each feedback instance. determining the parameter in the current mode via the parameter in a reference mode and according to the reference relationship between modes (s102); and feeding back the channel state information containing the parameter in the current mode according to the configuration of the current mode (s103).
