Abstract: An electrical product including: an electrical component; a first power supply member and a second power supply member; and an insulating plate provided between the first power supply member and the second power supply member. The first power supply member is formed with a fixing hole which penetrates the first power supply member. The insulating plate is formed with a protrusion inserted into the fixing hole. The product is manufactured by preparing a jig with a recessed hole; placing the first power supply member on the jig; placing the insulating plate on the first power supply member so that the protrusion penetrates the fixing hole and the recessed hole.

Abstract: A cooler includes a cooling pipe having a cooling surface in contact with a heat-exchanged component, and a refrigerant passage. A pair of outer passages are formed between a pair of opposed inner wall surfaces which are located at both ends of an inner wall surface of the cooling pipe in a perpendicular direction and which constitute the refrigerant passage, and a pair of partition walls that are located at both ends of an inner fin in the perpendicular direction. At least one flow-regulating rib is formed in the refrigerant passage to project into the refrigerant passage at a position inward of the pair of outer passages in the perpendicular direction and at a position outward of an inflow hole and a discharge hole in the perpendicular direction as well as at a position outward of the inner fin in an arrangement direction and at a position inward of the inflow hole and the discharge hole in the arrangement direction. The flow-regulating rib is configured to restrict flow rates of refrigerant through the pair of outer passages.

Abstract: A controller-integrated rotating electrical machine incudes a rotating electrical machine and a control device. The rotating electrical machine is equipped with a stator and a rotor. The control device is equipped with a control circuit for an inverter circuit and an angle position sensing device which works to measure an angular position of the rotor. The control device has first substrate on which the control circuit is mounted and a second substrate on which the angle position sensing device is mounted. The first substrate is located closer to the rotating electrical machine than the angle position sensing device is in an axial direction of the controller-integrated rotating electrical machine. This minimizes adverse effects of magnetic flux, as generated by the rotating electrical machine, on operation of the angle position sensing device, thereby enhancing a measurement accuracy of the angle positon sensing device.

Abstract: A controller integrated rotating electrical machine is designed to minimize adverse thermal effects on a control device. The controller device includes switching modules, a control circuit, and a casing. The switching modules are disposed inside the casing at a distance from a rear housing. The control circuit is disposed in the casing and located in front of the switching modules at a distance from the rear housing and the switching modules. In other words, the control circuit is arranged away from the switching modules which are a heat source when operating, thereby eliminating adverse thermal effects on the control circuit.

Abstract: A heat exchanger has a tube and an inner fin. A heat medium exchanging heat with a heat exchange target flows in the tube, and the tube has a flat shape in cross section perpendicular to a flow direction of the heat medium. The inner fin has first fins and second fins. The second fins are formed parallel to the flow direction in at least one of an upstream end portion located on an upstream side of an area, in which the first fins are formed, in the flow direction or a downstream end portion located on a downstream side of the area in the flow direction. Fin pitches between the first fins are all identical with each other. At least one of fin pitches between the second fins is different from other fin pitches between the second fins.
