摘要： A magnetic recording and reproduction device having magnetic heads opposing each other across a magnetic disk. The heads have shaped control portions to generate a negative pressure between the magnetic heads and the magnetic disk. Each magnetic head is supported by an elastic member which is structured to be slightly dislocatable by the negative pressure. The magnetic heads are caused by the negative pressure to come in sliding contact with both sides of the magnetic disk, thereby obtaining positive sliding contact with extremely small contact resistance between the magnetic heads and the magnetic disk and achieving a good head contact while minimizing abrasion of the magnetic disk and the magnetic heads. The control portions to generate the negative pressure are formed integrally with the magnetic heads, thus simplifying the structure, reducing the manufacturing steps such as positioning procedures and achieving a reduction in cost.

摘要： A magnetic disk control member having a flat opposing surface opposing a rotating magnetic disk that defines a free rotary surface plane and provided protrudingly with a magnetic head, a protrusion for generating a negative pressure disposed at the upstream side with respect to the rotational direction of the magnetic disk, and an inclined surface disposed at an end of the opposing surface at the downstream side with respect to the rotational direction of the magnetic disk and inclined so as to gradually become closer to the free rotary surface plane towards the downstream side with respect to the rotational direction of the magnetic disk. With the magnetic disk control member, the magnetic disk is curved by the negative pressure generated at the downstream side of the protrusion to come in sliding contact with the magnetic head, and gently pushed back by the inclined surface to the free rotary surface plane side to be straightened, thereby eliminating flapping vibrations due to excessive deformation of the magnetic disk and achieving a stable and good head contact while suppressing deformation of the magnetic disk to a minimum.

摘要： There are provided a pattern exposure method, a conductive film producing method, and a conductive film, wherein a photosensitive material is subjected to a proximity exposure through a photomask disposed with a proximity gap of 70 to 200 μm, and thereby is exposed in the mask pattern periodically in the conveying direction to obtain a conductive film. The conductive film has a plurality of conductive portions of first and second conductive thin metal wires and a plurality of opening portions. A side of each thin metal wire has a protrusion extending toward the opening portion from a virtual line representing a designed width of the thin metal wire, and the protruding amount of the protrusion is 1/25 to 1/6 of the designed width.
