摘要： Disclosed is a method for making a film assembly used in a PDP filter positioned on the front surface of a PDP, a film assembly manufactured by the method, and a PDP filter using the film assembly. The method includes providing a roll of an EMI film formed on a surface of a long transparent polymer resin film with a predetermined spacing and mounting the wound roll of the EMI film on a first feed roller; providing a roll of at least one long transparent functional film capable of covering at least partially the effective screen portions of the EMI film and mounting the wound roll of the functional film on a second feed roller which is spaced a predetermined distance from the first feed roller; and integrating the EMI film with the functional film by feeding them into a gap between the first and second compression rollers.

摘要： A digital white balance device is simply implemented in a digital processing scheme by employing a grey world algorithm. In the device, a timing controller receives vertical and horizontal synchronization signals of an input image and produces a timing control signal. An RGB multiplier multiplies input RGB image data by RGB gains received from an RGB gain controller. A first YCbCr averaging unit converts input RGB image data to YCbCr image data, and obtains first YCbCr averages of this YCbCr image data. A second YCbCr averaging unit converts output RGB image data to YCbCr image data, and obtains second YCbCr averages of this YCbCr image data. According to the timing control signal, the RGB gain controller compares the second YCbCr averages with predetermined target YCbCr averages, respectively, and obtains RGB gains based on the first YCbCr averages, according to the compared result, and provides them to the RGB multiplier.

The film for a PDP filter includes the SAN copolymer as a binder resin, and thus a change in transmittance is little under a high-temperature condition or a high-temperature and high-humidity condition, resulting in good durability and thermal stability and high transmittance in a visible light range. Further, since a general organic solvent can be used in the formation of the film, environmental pollution is reduced and the removal of a poisonous solvent is not required, thereby simplifying a process of forming the film.

摘要： Disclosed is a coating composition that can provide structural materials having hydrophilicity, excellent self-cleaning property and long service life. The present invention also discloses a method for preparing the composition, a substrate, such as a film or structural exterior material like vinyl sidings, with the applied coating composition, and a method to prepare a substrate with the coating composition. The coating composition has hydroxy group-containing inorganic particles that improve the initial hydrophilicity of conventional coating agents. Additionally, by using two types of inorganic particles having different particles diameters, the coating composition can form a hydrophilic coating layer having a contact angle with water of 30° or less. Additionally, a low boiling point organic solvent having erosive property to a substrate to be coated may be used to allow the application of the coating layer to a conventional production line for structural exterior materials without adding a separate coating line.

Accordingly, the home network system can identify respective operation statuses of the electric home appliances, and control respective operations of the electric home appliances, while periodically identifying the connection status of the electric home appliances, each of which is maintained in a standby state because there is no associated operation control command received by the home network system, thereby updating operation statuses and connection statuses of the electric home appliances. The invention also provides a method for controlling the home network system. Thus, an enhancement in convenience in using the home network system is achieved.
