    Abstract: Provided is a cell analysis system that can keep only a target cell fresh. A cell analysis system 1 includes: a detection device 10 that detects staining intensity of a stained cell; a collection container 20 that collects a plurality of cells whose staining intensity has been detected by the detection device 10; a control unit 40 that determines priority in acquiring image data on the basis of a detection result of the staining intensity of the stained cell; and an imaging apparatus 30 that acquires the image data of the cells collected into the collection container 20 on the basis of the priority determined by the control unit 40.
