Abstract: A power assisted electric bicycle includes a body, a motor, a torque sensor, and a controller. The motor is operated in an operating period. The torque sensor is configured to output a plurality of torque signals corresponding to a pedal force. The controller is coupled to the motor and the torque sensor. The controller is configured to: receive the torque signals from the torque sensor; determine a peak and a valley, which is adjacent to the peak, among the torque signals; compute and determine a pedaling period between the peak and the valley, which is adjacent to the peak, among the torque signals; and generate an error signal associated with the torque sensor if it is determined that the pedaling period and the operating period fail to meet a default ratio.

Abstract: A torque-speed curve or data of load that is used as a standard to determine an external condition in which an electric vehicle is operating such as incline or no incline, head wind or no headwind, high temperature or low temperature. The system compares samples of actual torque-speed of load data to the standard. Based on the comparison, the system determines the external condition (going up a hill, traveling into a headwind, operating at high temperature) or an abnormal operation of the vehicle powertrain, for example, low tire pressure, elevated friction, wheels out of alignment. Based on the determination, the system takes an action to govern a maximum torque output of the motor to control temperature of the vehicle battery; to raise a wind deflector; to govern maximum speed of the vehicle to reduce danger resulting from low tire pressure, elevated powertrain friction or out of alignment wheels; or to initiate an indication of abnormal conditions.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a power assisted electric bicycle, a transmission device and a control method. The power assisted electric bicycle includes a body, a wheel, a torque sensor, a motor and a controller. The controller is configured to: receive the torque signals from the torque sensor; compute and determine a first period according to a speed of the power assisted electric bicycle at a first time point; obtain a first maximum value of the torque signals in the first period that ends at the first time point; and, set a first torque output of the motor according to the first maximum value corresponding to the torque signal.

Abstract: A liquid-cooled heat dissipation device is disclosed, comprising a main body, a centrifugal pump, an inlet pipe, an outlet pipe, a centrifugal fan and a motor. The main body comprises a shaft hole, liquid flow channels and airflow channels. The centrifugal pump guides a cooling liquid through the inlet pipe, main body and outlet pipe. The centrifugal fan guides air into the main body axially from the shaft hole. After passing through the centrifugal fan, the air forms centrifugal airflows and leaves the body radially through the airflow channels. With an extended flow path of the cooling liquid and the radial flow of the centrifugal airflow provided by the present invention, the temperature of the cooling liquid may be quickly reduced and the cooling effect may be improved. Thus, the structure is compact, small, light-weight, easy-to-assemble.

Abstract: A wiring device includes a plurality of trenches and a plurality of channel sets. The trenches at least include a first trench, a second trench and a third trench, bottoms of which are respectively located at different height positions. Each of the channel sets at least includes a first channel, a second channel and a third channel. The first channels penetrate the wiring device from an outer sidewall thereof to the first trenches, respectively, the second channels penetrate the wiring device from the outer sidewall thereof to the second trenches, respectively, and the third channels penetrate the wiring device from the outer sidewall thereof to the third trenches, respectively. The wiring device has the advantages of a simple structure and a low cost for molding and manufacturing, and is suitable to perform winding by a manual or automatic machine and thus can prevent first output wires of the coil windings with in phase or out of phase from entangling or knotting with each other.

Abstract: A liquid-cooled heat dissipation device is disclosed, comprising a main body, a centrifugal pump, an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe. The main body comprises liquid flow channels and liquid storage tanks. The liquid flow channels are circumferentially arranged and spaced apart. The liquid storage tanks are located on both sides of the main body, and the liquid storage tanks on the same side are connected by liquid flow channels. The centrifugal pump is installed in one of the liquid storage tanks. The inlet pipe and the outlet pipe are in spatial communication with the other two liquid storage tanks, respectively. The centrifugal pump guides a cooling liquid through the inlet pipe, main body and outlet pipe. The cooling liquid travel through the liquid storage tanks via the liquid flow channels and forms radial jet flows after being pumped by centrifugal pump.
