Abstract: A display device includes an aperture layer, a first plurality of light sources, a second plurality of light sources, and a piezo material coupled to the first plurality of light sources and the second plurality of light sources. The aperture layer includes a first plurality of apertures and a second plurality of apertures, and the first plurality of light sources is arranged to correspond to the first plurality of apertures, and the second plurality of light sources is arranged to correspond to the second plurality of apertures. The piezo material is configured to alter a first position of the first plurality of light sources relative to the first plurality of apertures, and to alter a second position of the second plurality of light sources relative to the second plurality of apertures.

A silica derived carbon nanotube (CNT) aerogel coating is applied on the nickel coating on the inside walls of the metallic housing. The silica derived CNT aerogel coating is sprayed onto the nickel coating, dried and cured.

Abstract: Examples of hinge assemblies are described. In an example implementation, a hinge assembly includes hinge elements which are interconnected to move the hinge assembly between a folded position and an unfolded position. The hinge assembly further includes elastic members disposed between the hinge elements at a first side and a second side thereof. When the hinge assembly is moved from the unfolded position towards the folded position, elastic members at the first side are decompressed and elastic members at the second side are stretched. When the hinge assembly is moved from the folded position towards the unfolded position, elastic members at the first side are compressed and the elastic members at the second side are destretched.

Abstract: This disclosure provides a sol-gel hybrid coating composition, comprising a sol-gel precursor, a polymer and a solvent, wherein the sol-gel precursor comprises tetraethyl orthosilicate and the polymer comprises polyurethane and polyacrylic. This disclosure also provides a coating process, comprising: subjecting a light metal to micro-arc oxidation treatment to form a first protection layer on the light metal, and coating the sol-gel hybrid coating composition onto the first protection layer to form a second protection layer. This disclosure further provides composite coating layers, comprising: a first layer obtained by micro-arc oxidation treatment, and a second layer obtained by dip coating with the sol-gel hybrid coating composition.
