    Abstract: Methods, devices, and systems for rolling shutter bar code imaging are described herein. One method includes initiating the imaging of a bar code by initiating a sequence of procedures to accumulate a charge in a first row of pixels as they are exposed to light thereby capturing data to create a first row of the image of the bar code at a first time, initiating the sequence of procedures to accumulate a charge in a subsequent row of pixels as they are exposed to light thereby capturing data to create a subsequent row of the image of the bar code at a second time, actuating a light source to illuminate the bar code at multiple specific times during a pre-determined timing sequence, and de-blurring the image data for each row based on the specific times during the pre-determined timing sequence that the light source was actuated.

    Abstract: Devices, methods, systems, and computer-readable media for a multispectral band system are described herein. One or more embodiments include a filter comprising a first designated transmittance value for a first wavelength range and a second designated transmittance value for a second wavelength range, a sensor to receive transmitted radiation from the filter, and a computing device coupled to the sensor to detect any radiation within the first and second wavelength ranges from the received transmitted radiation from the filter and wherein the detected radiation in the first wavelength indicates a particular type of radiation source and detected radiation in the second wavelength range indicates one or more other items within a field of view of the received radiation.

    Abstract: A system communicate with a plurality of units. Each of the plurality of units includes a two dimensional camera, a three dimensional camera, a multispectral camera, and/or an inertial measurement unit. Each of the plurality of units is associated with a person, a vehicle, or a robot, and each of the units collects data relating to an environment. The system receives the data relating to the environment from the plurality of units, and uses the data from each of the plurality of units to estimate the positions of the units and to track the positions of the units. The system enables the plurality of units to communicate with each other regarding the collection of the data relating to the environment, commingles and analyzes the data from the plurality of units, and uses the commingled and analyzed data to build a three-dimensional map of the environment.
