摘要: Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with long-term predictions for specific maintenance within a planned maintenance schedule. In one embodiment, a method includes updating a failure probability curve for a component part of a device based at least in part on data obtained from a sensor associated with the component part; determining based at least in part on the updated failure probability curve that a likelihood of failure for the component part following a first upcoming planned maintenance and before a second upcoming planned maintenance exceeds a threshold; and transmitting a work order for specific maintenance to reduce the likelihood of failure of the component part to be performed during the first upcoming planned maintenance.

摘要: In the case of this control device (10) for controlling a machine on the basis of multiple machine data acquired from the machine, a monitoring data acquisition instruction unit (12) instructs a vibration collection unit (3) and a sound collection unit (7) to acquire data at arbitrarily settable times, and a storage instruction unit (14) causes the acquired data and/or feature amounts calculated from the data, multiple machine data acquired at the same time as the measurement unit data, and information about the acquisition date/time of the data to be stored into a database (30) in association with one another.

摘要: A method for monitoring thermal events in an aircraft engine compartment includes obtaining first sensor data from a first sensor located within an engine compartment of an aircraft. The method also includes determining a time series moving average based at least in part on a subset of the first sensor data. The time series moving average is indicative of an average temperature rate-of-change of the engine compartment. The method further includes determining a standard deviation of the time series moving average and detecting a trend of temperature rates-of-change that satisfy a rate-of-change criterion. The rate-of-change criterion is based on a multiple of the standard deviation, and the temperature rates-of-change are based on temperatures of the engine compartment. The method also includes generating an alert in response to detecting the trend. The alert is indicative of a thermal event associated with the engine compartment.

摘要: A system, method, and an apparatus relating to automatically setting up pre-upset warning conditions for entire systems based on drifting parameters. The drifting parameters may provide monitoring to operate the process so that the upset condition is never reached, by allowing the operator can take actions so that the process remains in a stable state. The aim is to monitor and limit variations in parameters to enable the operator to achieve a much tighter control on the process and not allow the alarm to occur in the first place. Additionally, the important values may be displayed in context, and the operator may directly manipulate the values through a variety of touch input.
