摘要: The present disclosure describes a method of controlling a manufacturing system using multivariate time series and includes storing recording data as a plurality of time series, each time series having a first recorded value and a final recorded value, interpolating, within a first time window, missing values in the plurality of time series using a Bayesian model, the missing values falling between a first and an end time of the respective time series, storing the interpolated values as prediction data, each interpolated value including an uncertainty, loading recorded data of a second time window, loading prediction data of the second time window, predicting, using the Bayesian model, values for each time series that is absent recorded data and prediction data, storing the predicted values, each prediction value including an uncertainty, and adjusting a device that generates the recorded data based on the prediction values within the second time window.

摘要: Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with long-term predictions for specific maintenance within a planned maintenance schedule. In one embodiment, a method includes updating a failure probability curve for a component part of a device based at least in part on data obtained from a sensor associated with the component part; determining based at least in part on the updated failure probability curve that a likelihood of failure for the component part following a first upcoming planned maintenance and before a second upcoming planned maintenance exceeds a threshold; and transmitting a work order for specific maintenance to reduce the likelihood of failure of the component part to be performed during the first upcoming planned maintenance.

摘要: Anomalous sensors are detected using an apparatus including a processor and one or more computer readable mediums collectively including instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to: obtain a plurality of healthy sensor data, wherein each of the healthy sensor data includes a plurality of sensed values of a corresponding sensor among a plurality of sensors in normal operation, generate a healthy data distribution of at least two sensors among the plurality of sensors based on the plurality of healthy sensor data, and generate a function of a status probability distribution of the plurality of sensors with respect to time under the condition of sensor data with respect to time based on the healthy data distribution.

摘要: A method for monitoring thermal events in an aircraft engine compartment includes obtaining first sensor data from a first sensor located within an engine compartment of an aircraft. The method also includes determining a time series moving average based at least in part on a subset of the first sensor data. The time series moving average is indicative of an average temperature rate-of-change of the engine compartment. The method further includes determining a standard deviation of the time series moving average and detecting a trend of temperature rates-of-change that satisfy a rate-of-change criterion. The rate-of-change criterion is based on a multiple of the standard deviation, and the temperature rates-of-change are based on temperatures of the engine compartment. The method also includes generating an alert in response to detecting the trend. The alert is indicative of a thermal event associated with the engine compartment.

摘要: A remote computing system is described that includes at least one processor and at least one module. The at least one module is operable by the at least one processor to receive first operational data collected by a first line-replaceable-unit of a first aircraft during flight operations of the first aircraft, and receive second operational data collected by at least one second line-replaceable-unit of at least one second aircraft during flight operations of the at least one second aircraft. The at least one module is further operable by the at least one processor to predict, based at least in part on the first operational data and the second operational data, a failure condition associated with the first line-replaceable-unit of the first aircraft, and output, based on the impending failure condition, an indication of the predicted failure condition.
