摘要: A vehicle control system 10 includes a water pump 23 with an electromagnetic clutch, an oil relief device 25, an OCV 26, a water temperature sensor 31, and an ECU 11. The ECU 11 causes the electromagnetic clutch of the water pump 23 to be disengaged on the basis of the detection result detected by the water temperature sensor 31, and stops the coolant circulation. The ECU 11 instructs the OCV 26 to adjust the lubricant pressure to low by an oil relief device 25. The ECU 11 determines whether or not the adjustment of the lubricant pressure to low by the oil relief device 25 is stopped on the basis of the detection result detected by the water temperature sensor 31 when the engagement of the electromagnetic clutch of the water pump 23 continues for a given period.

摘要: A hydraulic control apparatus (1) is provided with an oil pump (4) that draws oil from an oil pan (3) due to the rotation of the crankshaft, a piston jet (6) that open when the hydraulic pressure of the oil that has been drawn from this oil pump (4) attains a valve opening pressure Qa and injects oil toward a piston through an oil injection path (5), a relief valve (8) that is disposed on an oil return path (7) and opens when the hydraulic pressure of the oil that has been drawn by the oil pump (4) has attained a valve opening pressure Qb, and a switching valve (9) that is disposed on the oil return path (7). The valve opening pressure Qb is set to a pressure that is lower than that of the valve opening pressure Qa.

摘要: In the cylinder block of an engine including a heat storage apparatus, a water jacket is formed between a cylinder bore wall that forms a cylinder bore and a cylinder block outer wall. An actuator is installed on the cylinder block outer wall. A container is housed in the water jacket. A coolant temperature sensor is installed on the upper portion of the container. An ECU determines the state of a heat storage agent in the container and the state of the container, based on information on the temperature of coolant determined by the coolant temperature sensor.

摘要: A heat accumulator (1) is formed by connecting a first container (4) and a second container (5) using a spring (6). The first container (4) has a wall-shaped inner side wall that corresponds to the shape of a cylinder bore wall (7). Provided on this inner side wall is a flexible structural part (8). The flexible structural part (8) is formed of highly elastic resin. The second container (5) has a similar structure. A heat storage medium within the first container (4) and the second container (5) absorbs heat, which generates a change of phase from a solid to a liquid. When this happens, the volume of the heat storage medium increases. The increase in the heat storage medium projects the flexible structural part (8), and separates the first container (4) and the second container (5) from the cylinder bore wall (7).
