摘要: A clutch plate and a clutch assembly for use in a powertrain of a vehicle, the clutch plate being configured to be connected for common rotation with a driven shaft extending in an axial direction, the clutch plate including a support member and a first friction member attached thereto, the first friction member having a first friction surface configured to face and selectively engage a corresponding second friction surface of a flywheel, the clutch plate further including an electrically conducting element extending from the first friction surface toward the support member in a direction having an axial component, the electrically conducting element being configured to be electrically connected to a terminal, so that, upon engagement of the first and second friction surfaces, an electric signal may be passed between the flywheel and the terminal via the electrically conducting element.

摘要: The engagement force of an electromagnetic clutch can be precisely controlled at a target engagement force by a simple structure even when an air gap of the electromagnetic clutch varies. An electromagnetic clutch control system includes magnetic flux density sensors, a target engagement force calculating device, a target magnetic flux density calculating device, and a feedback control device. The target magnetic flux density calculating device calculates a target magnetic flux density nullt based on a target engagement force Tt of electromagnetic clutches calculated by the target engagement force calculating device. The current supplied to the electromagnetic clutches is feedback controlled by the feedback control device so that an actual magnetic flux density null detected by the magnetic flux density sensors agrees with the target magnetic flux density nullt. This allows a target engagement force to be generated in the electromagnetic clutches by making the actual magnetic flux density agree precisely with the target magnetic flux density, even when the air gap varies due to wear of a frictional engagement member, etc. and the relationship between the actual magnetic flux density and the current supplied to the electromagnetic clutches changes.

摘要: By determining the abrasion of a gear clutch during the operation of a construction machine and ascertaining the present abrasion state, it is possible to systematically predict the replacement time of a clutch disc and also to ascertain the presence of an abnormally worn clutch disc. For this purpose, in an apparatus for detecting the abrasion of a clutch of a transmission which includes plural gear clutches, hydraulic operation pistons for receiving pressurized oil from a hydraulic pump (21) to engage with these gear clutches, clutch piston chambers, and control means for selecting a gear by a depression quantity of an acceleration pedal and a signal from a vehicle speed sensor and for outputting change over instruction to a selected clutch hydraulic control valve, it is provided with a pressure sensor (29) for measuring the pressure in the clutch piston chamber, and clutch abrasion detection means (10) for storing the relation between the time T, when these clutch piston chambers are filled with pressurized oil to reach pressures of predetermined values, and the strokes L of the clutches, for storing an instruction time to the selected clutch hydraulic control valve, for finding the difference from the time when the pressure in the selected clutch piston chamber reaches a predetermined value, and for determining the abrasion of the selected gear clutch from this time difference.
