The method comprises: applying a mold clamping force of predetermined level after closing movable and stationary mold halves to define a mold cavity; injecting a given quantity of molten plastic material into the mold cavity at a first higher injection velocity and a second lower injection velocity; increasing mold clamping force after the injection at the first injection velocity so that the mold clamping force is 25 to 30 tons for a first predetermined period of time after the completion of the injection at the second injection velocity, and then decreasing the mold clamping force to between 15 to 25 tons for a second predetermined period of time; and after the completion of the injection of the molten material, maintaining an injection holding pressure between 10 to 15 kg/cm2 and simultaneously cooling the molten material to form a substrate.

A traffic manager module provides a user interface to a customer for review and approval of the labels following changes of the labels. An asset manager module provides a user interface for accessing the images and a current inventory status of each of the plurality of labels. The database further includes a plurality of label fields having a family level, a product level and a SKU level of data that have hierarchical relationships such that plurality of label fields use the family level of data unless exception data is present at the product or SKU levels of data. A content manager module allows simple family level and product level changes to the label content.

A new type of bone fastener is proposed, which is suitable for implantation either in a fractured shinbone (tibia) or a fractured thighbone (femur). The bone fastener includes an elongated steel tube having a bent tail portion, a middle portion, and a frontal portion, with a plurality of screw holes being formed in a non-parallel manner in the bent tail portion and the frontal portion. Further, a set of bolts are selectively screwed to the screw holes depending on the case of either a shinbone fracture or a thighbone fracture so as to secure the fractured part together. Since the screw holes and the bolts are oriented in a non-parallel manner, the bone fastener can be hardly loosened off position when the user moves on foot at fast paces, thus providing a better fastening effect than the prior art.

A securing device for bone fastener is provided, which allows the bone fastener to be more securely fixed in position in the fractured bone. The securing device includes a bolt having an elongated portion and a head portion, with the head portion being formed with a threaded through hole which is inclined with respect to the longitudinal axis of the bolt. Moreover, the securing device includes a set screw having a threaded portion which can screw into the threaded through hole in the bolt and which is greater in length than the threaded through hole. In use, the elongated portion of the bolt is inserted through the implantation hole and the opening in the fractured bone; then a hole is drilled through the inclined through hole in the head portion of the bolt; and finally the set screw is screwed through the inclined hole in the head portion of the bolt into the hole in the fractured bone. This allows the securing device to be fixed in position in the fractured bone, thus securing the bone fastener fixedly in position.
