    摘要: A hydraulic control apparatus has at least two meter-in and two meter-out poppet valves. In order to be compact and deal with a great flow rate, the apparatus is arranged such that a pair of meter-in poppet valves and load check valves are located in an upper horizontal plane, a pair of meter-out poppet valves and solenoid-actuated pilot valves are located in a lower horizontal plane, and a pair of a pilot valve associated with the meter-out poppet valve and a reducing valve associated with the meter-in poppet valve are located in a middle horizontal plane and are respectively disposed in opposed relationship to each other, and the load check valve is vertically located in parallel relationship with the meter-out poppet valve.

    摘要: A control system has two fixed-displacement pumps for supplying pressurized fluid to a pair of steering cylinders via a steering valve and to a pair of implement cylinders via an implement valve. Connected next to the pumps is a demand valve which is pilot operated to deliver to the steering cylinder pair the pressurized fluid from only one pump upon slight displacement of the steering valve and the pressurized fluid from both pumps upon greater displacement of the steering valve. The demand valve is further pilot operated to deliver to the implement cylinder pair the pressurized fluid from only one pump when the implement valve is actuated in a direction to lower the implement assembly, and the pressurized fluid from both pumps when the implement valve is actuated in a direction to raise the implement assembly. In additional embodiments the pumps are of the variable-displacement type, with their displacement adjusted by servo controls responsive to the pressure of the fluid being drained from the demand valve.

    摘要: A hydraulic circuit for a so called feathering control of a variable displacement pump in which displacement of the variable displacement pump is controlled to a minimum when every actuator in a system is not in operation thereby keeping a power loss to a minimum. The hydraulic circuit includes a jet flow sensor for detecting a dynamic pressure of fluid. The jet flow sensor is disposed in a circuit for connecting a system pressure line to a reservoir and is adapted to convert static pressure of the fluid to dynamic pressure thereof. This detected dynamic pressure is introduced into a servo mechanism for the variable displacement pump for effecting feathering control.

    摘要: A hydraulic control system for adjusting the displacement of a variable displacement pump or pumps as dictated by pump output pressure and input speed. Driven by the same prime mover as the pump or pumps is a charging pump which communicates with a restrictor adapted to create a differential in the output fluid pressure therefrom, which pressure differential is sensed by a sensing valve for providing a corresponding output fluid pressure. Servo control means provided to the variable displacement pump or pumps communicates with both the restrictor and the sensing valve for adjusting the pump displacement in response to the fluid pressures delivered therefrom. A flow metering valve assembly is connected in a bypass around the restrictor to permit the passage therethrough of the charging pump output fluid at a rate metered in accordance with the variable displacement pump output pressure.

    摘要: A pressure compensating type hydraulic valve wherein a pressure compensation can be made according to the movement of the movable portion of a hydraulic actuator, and the movable portion of the actuator can be stopped against load pressure when it is located at its neutral position. This pressure compensating type hydraulic valve is arranged such that a spool (24) is moved in a valve hole (16) so as to allow a first actuating port (21) and a second actuating port (22) connected with pressure receiving chambers (13.sub.1, 13.sub.2), respectively, defined on both sides of a movable portion (13.sub.3) of a hydraulic actuator (13) to be selectively connected with or disconnected from a first pumping port and a second pumping port in which fluid under pressure discharged by a hydraulic pump (10) flows, through the intermediary of a first check valve (31) and a second check valve (32), respectively, both of which are preset at predetermined pressures, and either one of the actuating ports which is isolated from the pumping port is connected with either one of the tank ports (33.sub.1, 33.sub.2).
