An apparatus for filling a vessel with a multicomponent filling product includes a filler having at least one filling unit set up to introduce the filling product into the vessel, and a filler tank set up for intermediate buffering of the filling product and in fluid connection with the filling unit via a product conduit to supply the filling unit with the filling product; and a mixer set up to blend the filling product from at least two filling product components, wherein the mixer has a circulation conduit; and the mixer has at least one dosage branch set up to introduce one filling product component into the circulation conduit, wherein the mixer has a heat exchanger set up to adjust the temperature of the filling product in the circulation conduit.

A method of shaping plastics material pre-forms into plastics material containers is provided, in which the plastics material pre-forms are expanded inside a blow mold with the aid of an expansion agent and a stretch rod to form the plastics material containers, and in which at least the blow mold and/or the stretch rod is or are sterilized if necessary at least in part with sterilization agent, wherein, to sterilize the outer side of the stretch rod, the stretch rod is displaced at least in part into the blow mold, and the sterilization agents are brought from a discharge element arranged outside the stretch rod to the exterior face of the stretch rod.

In an apparatus for the heating of plastics material pre-forms with a conveying device which conveys the plastics material pre-forms along a pre-set conveying path, at least one heating device moves with the plastics material pre-forms arranged on the conveying device, wherein the heating device comprises a receiving room that receives the plastics material pre-forms and that surrounds the plastics material pre-forms during heating thereof. A holding device holds the plastics material pre-forms. The plastics material pre-forms are conveyed through a clean room, the clean room surrounding the conveying path of the plastics material pre-forms. A moving device introduces the plastics material pre-forms into the receiving room and removes plastics material pre-forms from the receiving room. At least one portion of the moving device is arranged exterior the clean room. A sealing device seals the clean room from an exterior environment.

The apparatus may include a pressure application device for applying a medium to the plastic preforms in order to expand the preforms against an inner wall of the blow mould delimiting the cavity. The apparatus may include a stretching rod for stretching the plastic preforms in the longitudinal direction. The apparatus may include a cleaning device for cleaning regions of the blow mould. The cleaning device may include at least one outlet opening for a cleaning medium for cleaning the blow mould, and this outlet opening is arranged at least at times inside the blow mould.

The disclosure provides a method for monitoring and regulating a wall thickness distribution in a production process of containers, the method comprising: producing a container comprising fibers by a production process comprising a plurality of production steps, which uses a fiber-containing pulp, measuring a wall thickness distribution of the produced container, comparing the measured wall thickness distribution with a target wall thickness distribution, when there is a deviation of the measured from the target wall thickness distribution, regulating at least one of the plurality of production steps. The disclosure provides a container comprising fibers being produced by the method, to a device for monitoring and regulating a wall thickness distribution in a production process of containers comprising fibers by the method, and to a device for producing a container comprising fibers.

A device for forming and pressing a mouth piece of a container comprising fibers, for example pulp, wherein the device comprises a mold for surrounding at least one outer surface of a mouth region of the container in which the mouth piece is to be formed, wherein the mold comprises a structure for forming the mouth piece. The device also comprises a mandrel for introduction into an opening of the mouth region and a movement means for performing a relative movement between the mold and the mandrel to reduce a clearance of the mold and the mandrel, and thus to form and press the mouth piece. This disclosure also includes a method for forming and pressing a mouth piece of a container comprising fibers, for example pulp, using the device.
