摘要: The present invention discloses a device for desulfurizing and plasticizing waste rubber in the field of waste rubber processing. The device comprises a body, wherein the body comprises a top plate, a treatment body and a first pump assembly, the treatment body consists of a circular barrel and an arc barrel, the circular barrel is fixedly connected to a top of the arc barrel, a barrel wall of the circular barrel is made of a double-layer ring plate, a heating pipe spirally arranged is fixedly connected to a connection between an inner-layer ring plate and an outer-layer ring plate; a cutout pipe is arranged on the top plate, the cutout pipe is cut from a side wall of the top plate. The present invention has a simple structure and can reduce the loss of the device by preheating the rubber powder.

摘要: An apparatus for supplying and dissipating heat, for carrying out reactions and for mixing and dispersing flowing media in a housing with an internal diameter for a medium and comprising internal fittings made up of a bundle of tubes with an external diameter or made up of other elongate elements oriented parallel to the longitudinal axis of the housing is provided. The apparatus includes crosspieces or crosspiece layers installed crosswise between the elongate elements. The crosspieces are inclined in relation to the longitudinal axis of the housing and are not in contact. After axially successive crosspieces, or a length, the crosspieces are installed between the tubes and turned by preferably 90°. A heat-transfer medium can flow in a co-current or counter-current mode. This results in a mixer/heat exchanger or reactor with an extremely large heat-transfer capacity and almost plug flow.

摘要: A carbonated beverage maker includes a water reservoir, a carbon dioxide creation chamber, and a carbonation chamber. The water reservoir holds ice water and has a first impeller and a shroud surrounding the first impeller. The carbon dioxide creation chamber contains chemical elements and receives warm water. The chemical elements react with each other to create carbon dioxide when the warm water is introduced to the carbon dioxide creation chamber. The carbonation chamber is connected to the water reservoir and the carbon dioxide creation chamber. The carbonation chamber has a second impeller that includes a stem portion and blades. The stem portion and the blades define conduits therein. The blades create a low pressure region in a lower portion of the carbonation chamber such that carbon dioxide from the carbon dioxide creation chamber flows through the conduits to the low pressure region.
