    Abstract: Provided is a data driver for a display panel. The data driver includes an auxiliary power generating unit and an auxiliary power output unit. The auxiliary power generating unit may generate an auxiliary power. The auxiliary power output unit may supply the auxiliary power to the display panel when the display panel is driven in a power saving mode under the control of the auxiliary power generating unit. The auxiliary power output unit may include a first transistor configured to output the auxiliary power output from the auxiliary power generating unit, a diode configured to output the auxiliary power output from the first transistor, and a second transistor connected to the diode in parallel and configured to output the auxiliary power together with the diode.
