The motor includes a bottomed cylindrical frame 31, a bracket 32 fixedly secured to the frame 31, a rotating element 8 having a shaft 7 rotatably supported by a frame side bearing 110 fixedly mounted on the frame 31 and a bracket side bearing 100 fixedly mounted on the bracket 32, a stationary element 6 fixedly attached to the frame 31 around an outer periphery of the rotating element 8 and having a stator winding 18 wound therearound, a rotation sensor 15 provided on the bracket 32 at a housing side of the bracket side bearing 100, and a plurality of sensor signal wires 38 for supplying and receiving signals to and from the rotation sensor 15.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a rotation angle detector is provided. An insulator is mounted on a sensor core. A plurality of winding slackening pins are disposed at predetermined positions between a plurality of teeth and a plurality of terminal pins so as to project out of the a first surface side of the insulator. A first and second conductor wire are wound so as to dispose a first and second lead wire portion of each conductor wire wound on the teeth under tension between the teeth and the terminal pin by hooking each wire lead portion onto a winding hooking pin and a winding slackening pin. The winding slackening pins are removed so that the first and second lead wire portions have a predetermined amount of slack.

    摘要: A small-sized and inexpensive electric motor in which connection of a stator coil is easy, the connecting portion occupies a small space, and stable torque characteristics are obtained by making electric resistance uniform. A coil bobbin is mounted on a magnetic pole of a stator core, and a stator coil is fitted. A lead wire is led to an external diameter side of one end of the stator core. A connecting conductor holder with a common coil-connecting conductor, connecting conductors for each phase and a through hole is mounted on an end of a coil bobbin. The common coil-connecting conductor has connecting terminals projecting in radial directions, and the connecting conductors for each phase have such a cross-sectional area as to equalize electric resistance of each phase after connecting the stator coil. The through hole is formed to allow a bearing-housing portion to be inserted.

    摘要: The invention provides a electric motor which is capable of easily holding and fixing a winding terminal connector for holding and connecting each winding terminal of a stator winding and is superior in workability and resistance to vibration. The electric motor comprises: a stator core 12; a rotor 13 held by a rotary shaft 14 with a predetermined void between the stator core 12 and the rotor 13; a bobbin-shaped insulator 18 mounted on the stator core 12, provided with a flange portion 18a on at least one of outer diameter side and inner diameter side, and wound with a stator winding 19; a terminal holder 20 fixed to the flange portion 18a of the bobbin-shaped insulator 18 and provided with a cylinder portion 20a arranged so as to surround the rotary shaft 13; and annular conductors 21 and insulating layers 22 arranged on outer diameter side of the cylinder portion 20a of the terminal holder 20 and laminated alternately in axial direction; in which the annular electric conductors 21 are provided with a connecting portion 21a for connecting terminal lead wires 19a of the stator winding 19 corresponding to lead positions of the terminal lead wires 19a.
