    Abstract: An apparatus is provided, comprising at least one processor, and at least one memory including computer program code, wherein the at one memory and the computer program code are configured, with the at least one processor, to cause the apparatus to receive a first QoS information for a limited capability UE and a second QoS information for a non-limited capability UE, wherein the first and second QoS information relate to a MBS broadcast or multicast session available on both the limited capability UE and the non-limited capability UE, determine, based on the received first and second QoS information, whether a common frequency resource associated with the limited capability UE can be used for receiving the MBS broadcast or multicast session by both the limited capability UE and the non-limited capability UE, provide a first tunnel for the transmission of the MBS broadcast or multicast session to the limited capability UE and provide a second tunnel for transmission of the MBS broadcast or multicast session to the non-limited capability UE if it is determined that the common frequency resource associated with the limited capability UE cannot be used for receiving the MBS broadcast or multicast session by both the limited capability UE and the non-limited capability UE, and provide the first tunnel for the transmission of the MBS broadcast or multicast session to the limited capability UE and for the transmission of the MBS broadcast or multicast session to the non-limited capability UE if it is determined that the common frequency resource associated with the limited capability UE can be used for receiving the MBS broadcast or multicast session by both the limited capability UE and the non-limited capability UE.

    Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to QoE measurement collection in non-connected State. In an example method, a terminal device receives, from an access network device, a quality of experience (QoE) measurement collection (QMC) procedure configuration indicating whether a QMC procedure is to be continued when the terminal device enters into a non-connected state. Then, the terminal device logs, in a logging buffer, QMC logging data of the QMC procedure performed at the terminal device in the non-connected state based on determining that the QMC procedure configuration indicates that the QMC procedure is to be continued when the terminal device enters into the non-connected state. In this way, QMC data collected in a non-connected state can be stored in the logging buffer so that the needed QMC data collected during non-connected state can be maintained.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to the field of wireless communications, and particularly to a network-based mechanism for early detection of failures during fast Master Cell Group (MCG) recovery. For this purpose, a Secondary Node (SN) may determine that a User Equipment (UE) experiencing an MCG failure is unable to receive a command for handover (HO) from a source MCG to a target MCG. This determination may be based on the occurrence of at least one of the following events: (i) a recovery timer (e.g., T316 timer) has expired at the UE, and (ii) a number of retransmissions performed by the SN to deliver the HO command to the UE reaches a threshold before the recovery timer expires. The SN may then report the fast MCG recovery failure to a Master Node (MN), with the indication that event (i) and/or event (ii) has occurred. This may allow the MN to take appropriate actions (e.g., properly correct the recovery timer), which may in turn decrease the interruption time caused by similar MCG failures and save network resources in the future.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for roaming of multicast MBS services. One method may include attaching, by a user equipment, to a visited public land mobile network as inbound roamer. The user equipment then receives a service announcement comprising at least one of a multicast service session allowed to be accessed by inbound roamers indication or multicast service class. The user equipment determines whether the user equipment is allowed to access a multicast session or multicast service class in the visited public land mobile network. The user equipment transmits, in response to determining that the user equipment is allowed to access, a request to join a multicast session comprising an identifier of the multicast session and/or a multicast service class. The user equipment receives an indication of an acceptance or rejection of the request to join the multicast session.
