Abstract: An endoscope distal end structure includes: an imager, a distal end frame that is a three-dimensional molded interconnect device including a housing portion and a cable connecting portion, the cable connecting portion including a cable connection electrode, the housing portion being formed by cutting out at least a part of an outer peripheral portion of the distal end frame, the housing portion having a bottom surface on which connection terminals are formed, and a first side surface and a second side surface which are continuous to each other and on which a ground pattern is formed, a through hole having electrical conductivity, the through hole penetrating from the bottom surface to the cable connecting portion, and an electrical conductive pattern connecting a cable connection electrode and the ground pattern, the electrical conductive pattern being arranged on a side surface of the distal end frame.

Abstract: An imaging device includes: plural pixels; a color filter including a blue filter having spectral characteristics where a maximum value of its transmission spectrum is in the blue wavelength band and transmittance of the wavelength band of a narrow band light is higher than the transmission spectrum in the red and green wavelength bands, a red and green filters having spectral characteristics where minimum values of their transmission spectra are near the maximum value of the transmission spectrum of the blue wavelength band, and having spectral characteristics where their transmission spectra gradually increase toward a short wavelength side from 440 nm; and a control unit configured to execute control of making an accumulation time of a pixel of the plural pixels shorter than accumulation times of pixels having other filters arranged thereon, the pixel having highest spectral sensitivity to the narrow band light.

The relay member includes a multilayer wiring layer laminated on an outermost surface of the silicon substrate, and the multilayer wiring layer includes, on an outermost surface, a material allowing the signal cable to be connected.

The light source device emits the third light in a first imaging frame and the fifth light in a second imaging frame. The first processing circuit generates a display image based on any one of a first image group including images corresponding to the third light and the fifth light and a second image group including an image corresponding to the fourth light, and outputs a remaining one of the first image group and the second image group to the second processing circuit.
