A user equipment (UE) may detect a radio link failure between the UE and a master node of a dual-connectivity configuration. The UE may transmit, to a secondary node in the dual-connectivity configuration, an indication that the radio link failure has occurred. The secondary node may receive the indication of a radio link failure and transmit the indication of the radio link failure to the master node of the dual-connectivity configuration. The master node may identify a target node for the UE and perform a handover procedure of the UE from the master node to the target node.

The method may include receiving from a master cell group of a dual connectivity environment a first message indicating that a secondary cell group of the dual connectivity environment is suspended, maintaining a lower layer configuration for the secondary cell group and modifying a measurement report configuration for the secondary cell group based on the first message and while the secondary cell group is suspended, receiving from the master cell group a second message indicating that the secondary cell group is no longer suspended, and reconnecting to the secondary cell group using the lower layer configuration for the secondary cell group based on the second message.

摘要: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for a user equipment (UE) entering a dormant state with respect to a secondary cell group (SCG) of a node network (SN) having a primary serving cell (PSCell). In one aspect, the UE may maintain a parameter set for at least the PSCell while the UE is in the dormant state with respect to the SCG. For example, the UE may receive a parameter change message from either the SN or a master network (MN) and transmit a parameter change acknowledgment to either the SN or the MN. The parameter change message may be transmitted as one or both of a downlink control information (DCI) or media access control (MAC) control element (CE). The UE may transmit physical layer measurements to the SN based on the parameter set.

摘要: A wireless device may receive a first synchronization signal block (SSB) in a radio frequency band of a first cell of a neighbor base station, and report a physical cell identifier (PCI) for the first cell to a serving base station. The serving base station may identify, based on the PCI report, whether a radio frequency band of the first SSB is in or off a synchronization raster, and determine whether to instruct the UE to report a global cell identifier (CGI) for the neighbor base station (e.g., CGI for the neighbor cell) based on the identification. The wireless device may identify CGI based system information obtained from the neighbor cell, system information obtained from a master cell associated with the neighbor base station, system information obtained from CGI broadcast from the neighbor cell, or system information requested from the neighbor cell using dedicated resources, based on the instruction.

The UE may detect a random access procedure trigger. The UE may configure a selection threshold time. The selection threshold time may be based at least in part on a latency requirement of the UE. The UE may select a synchronization signal block having a corresponding uplink resource within the selection threshold time. The synchronization signal block and corresponding uplink resource satisfy one or more parameters or conditions. The UE may transmit a random access preamble on the corresponding uplink resource.

A UE and a PN may each establish a first connection with an AN and, based on the first connections with the AN, establish a second connection with each other. Based on a bearer configuration, the UE may determine whether to route data to the PN via the first connection with the AN or directly to the PN via the second connection with the PN. Accordingly, the UE may transmit the data to at least one of the AN or the PN based on the determination of whether to route the data to the PN via the first connection with the AN or directly to the PN via the second connection with the PN.
