    摘要: The method is based on the fact that the particular components are conveyed through separate pipes into a mixing chamber. By measuring the transit time in at least one of the pipes the flowrate can be measured. The flow in the other pipes which is in a fixed ratio to the first flow is then adjusted automatically. For measuring the transit time a heat pulse is injected in at least one of the pipes and the transit time of the heat impulse is measured. The so-measured transit time is converted into an inversely proportional voltage and the flowrate in the other pipes is adjusted proportionally to this voltage. An apparatus is provided for practicing the method. The apparatus comprises flow measuring elements which are electrical connected to control devices which operate flow control devices in the pipes leading to the mixing chamber.

    摘要: The instant invention provides a method for determining the streaming velocity of a streaming liquid by injecting a thermopulse into the liquid and measuring its transit time. The pulse is detected by its ascending flank at downstream points and by its ascending or descending flank at its point of injection. For short transit times, provision is made to eliminate the heat up time of the heating wire imparting the pulse from the transit time measurement. The liquid may stream continuously or discontinuously, and if the later, provision is made to delay measurement on initiation of flow until the flow pattern has stabilized. The time is determined by counting pulses from a pulse generator during the period the pulse is traveling between the point of injection and a detection point or between two detection points.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process for the production of sulphonic acid ester group-containing polyhydroxyl compounds having an average hydroxyl functionality of from 1.5 to 4, comprising reacting(a) paraffin sulphochlorides which are obtained by sulphochlorination of paraffins containing from 10 to 18 carbon atoms or of industrial mixtures of these paraffins, with unreacted paraffins and/or with chloroparaffins, having saponifiable chlorine content, based on the total weight of component (a), of from 5 to 15% with(b) an alcohol which is at least trihydric and which contains primary and/or secondary hydroxyl groups within the molecular weight range of from 92 to 250 or with mixtures of polyhydric alcohols having a molecular weight in the range of from 62 to 250 with an average hydroxyl functionality of from 2.5 to 5in the presence of hydrogen chloride acceptors while maintaining an equivalent ratio of hydroxyl groups to sulphochloride groups of at least 2:1 with the optional removal of sulphochloride group-free paraffin and/or chloroparaffin and excess alcohol from the reaction mixture after the reaction.

    摘要: The present invention is concerned with a new class of compounds prepared by reacting cyclic aminals of the formula ##STR1## with polyisocyanates of the formula R.sub.5 (NCO).sub.m+n to yield ##STR2## and with this process for obtaining said compounds, as well as the use of such compounds in polyurethane chemistry. If such compounds are free of isocyanates (n=0) they are useful as latent cross-linkers or hardeners activatable by heat or moisture. If such compounds carry free isocyanate groups (n=1 or 2) there are useful as synthetic resin precursors.     摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the production of polyisocyanate polyaddition products by reacting organic polyisocyanates with compounds which give off organic diamines under the hydrolytic influence of water and also with water, optionally in the presence of sub-equivalent quantities, based on the NCO-groups present in the reaction mixture, of organic compounds containing isocyanate-reactive hydrogen atoms, wherein polycyclic condensation products of formaldehyde with aliphatic or cycloaliphatic diprimary 1,2-diamines are used as the compounds which give off organic diamines under the hydrolytic influence of water.
