Abstract: A display device includes a base substrate including a first substrate and a second substrate sequentially laminated, a lower semiconductor layer disposed on at least one of the first substrate and the second substrate, a buffer layer disposed on the base substrate, an active semiconductor layer disposed on the buffer layer and including a first active layer of a first transistor and a second active layer of a second transistor, a first insulating layer disposed on the active semiconductor layer, and a first conductive layer disposed on the first insulating layer and including a first gate electrode of the first transistor and a second gate electrode of the second transistor, wherein the lower semiconductor layer overlaps the first active layer, and does not overlap the second active layer.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode display is disclosed. In one aspect, the display includes a semiconductor layer including a driving channel, a first gate insulating layer at least partially covering the semiconductor layer, and a first driving gate electrode formed over the first gate insulating layer and overlapping the driving. A second gate insulating layer at least partially covers the first driving gate electrode. The display also includes a second driving gate electrode formed over the second gate insulating layer and overlapping the first driving gate electrode, an interlayer insulating layer at least partially covering the second driving gate electrode, a driving voltage line formed over the interlayer insulating layer and overlapping the second driving gate electrode, and a connector formed over the interlayer insulating layer and connected to the first and second driving gate electrodes.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one aspect, the display includes a substrate, a plurality of OLEDs provided over the substrate, and a plurality of pixel circuits provided between the substrate and the OLEDs. Each of the pixel circuits comprises a plurality of transistors each including an active pattern electrically connected to the respective OLEDs. A shield layer overlaps the pixel circuits and the active patterns of the transistors in the depth dimension of the OLED display.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode display and a method of driving the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the display includes a light emission control line configured to provide a light emission control signal and a power line configured to provide a power voltage. An operation control TFT is electrically connected to the power line and configured to be turned on based on the light emission control signal so as to provide the power voltage. A driving TFT is electrically connected to the operation control TFT, an OLED is electrically connected to the driving TFT, and an initialization TFT is configured to provide the power voltage to the driving TFT. In a frame of the OLED display, the power voltage provided when the initialization TFT is turned on and the power voltage provided when the operation control TFT is turned on are different from each other.
