    Abstract: Disclosed is an image sensor including a first substrate that has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first substrate and including a pixel array region and an edge region, an antireflection structure on the second surface, a pixel separation part in the first substrate and separating pixels from each other, and a microlens array on the antireflection structure. The antireflection structure includes a first dielectric layer, a titanium oxide layer, a second dielectric layer, and a third dielectric layer that are sequentially stacked. The first dielectric layer, the second dielectric layer, and the third dielectric layer include different materials from each other. On the edge region, the third dielectric layer penetrates the second dielectric layer and the titanium oxide layer to contact with the first dielectric layer.

    Abstract: A glasses-type wearable device providing an augmented reality guide and a method for controlling the same is provided. The glasses-type wearable device includes a communication circuit, a camera, and a processor configured to receive a second surrounding-image of an external electronic device connected with the glasses-type wearable device from the external electronic device through the communication module while obtaining a first surrounding-image of the glasses-type wearable device using the camera, identify a first task being performed by a user of the glasses-type wearable device using the first surrounding-image and a second task being performed by a user of the external electronic device using the second surrounding-image, identify a difference between a current progress status of the first task and second task, and control the communication circuit to provide an AR guide corresponding to the second task to the external electronic device, based on the identified difference in progress status.

    Abstract: A read reference current generator includes a temperature coefficient (TC) controller configured to adjust a temperature coefficient in response to a first control signal and generate a read reference current having an adjusted temperature coefficient, a plurality of replica circuits configured to receive the read reference current and adjust an absolute value of the read reference current with different scale factors to generate a plurality of branch currents, and a plurality of switches configured to control connection of the TC controller and the plurality of replica circuits in response to a second control signal, wherein an equivalent resistance value of each of the plurality of replica circuits corresponds to a multiple of an equivalent resistance value of a data read path, and the data read path includes a selected memory cell and a clamping circuit clamping a voltage level of a selected bit line to a determined value.

    Abstract: An electronic device is disclosed. The electronic device, according to one embodiment, disclosed in the present document, comprises at least one sensor, a display, a speaker, and a processor functionally connected to the at least one sensor and the display, wherein the processor can be configured so as to output, on the display, a plurality of menu icons respectively having a sequence number, detect a stroke input by using the at least one sensor, confirm a movement direction and a movement frequency corresponding to the detected stroke input, designate, from a reference menu icon among the plurality of menu icons, a menu icon according to a result of movements in the movement direction at the movement frequency, and output information of the designated menu icon through the speaker.
