Abstract:
A signal transmission method for a transmission apparatus having at least two transmission paths and an apparatus for performing the same are provided. The method includes identifying a starting point of a frame, identifying, on the basis of the starting point of the frame, whether a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) has been allocated, determining an on/off-state of each transmission path on the basis of whether the PDSCH has been allocated, and transmitting a signal by using a transmission path in an on-state.
Abstract:
A digital signal processing device of a base station configured to process down-link signals in a wireless communication system employing orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) and a method of processing data in the device are provided. The device includes a clock controller configured to monitor whether a signal is allocated to an input and control a frequency of clocks to have a first or second characteristic based on the monitored result, and a data processor configured to process the input, and synchronize with the clock controlled by the clock controller.
Abstract:
An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention can include a method comprising the steps of: identifying the state of a transport protocol; determining a communication state of the electronic device on the basis of the state of the transport protocol; and changing a network on the basis of the communication state. Other embodiments are also possible.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus of controlling transmission power in a transmitter of a wireless communication system are provided. The method includes generating a first signal to be transmitted to a receiver, identifying whether user data is allocated to the generated first signal, determining transmission power based on a result of the determination, and transmitting a second signal to the receiver, based on the determined transmission power and the first signal.
Abstract:
An embodiment of the present disclosure may provide a power consumption controlling method and apparatus. An embodiment of the present disclosure may provide a method and apparatus for controlling power consumption by a base station, the method including determining empty symbol duration in at least one subframe; and performing a power amplifier (PA) on/off operation based on the determination result. Further, an embodiment of the present disclosure may provide a method and apparatus for controlling power consumption by a base station, the method including generating baseband in-phase/quadrature-phase (IQ) data; determining whether the baseband IQ data includes data which must be transmitted for a predetermined time; and controlling a PA on/off based on the determination result and a transient of the PA.

Abstract:
A communication connection control method is provided. The method includes collecting a wireless access point-related signal relating to a wireless environment of a wireless access point, determining whether the wireless access point-related signal is in a state having a value lower than or equal to a pre-configured value, performing a wireless communication performance evaluation of a system including a communication network connected to the wireless access point according to a result of the determining, and performing a control to deactivate a communication connection based on the wireless access point according to a result of the wireless communication performance evaluation.
