    摘要： A method is provided for rinsing and/or filling a blood treatment device, in particular for priming such a device. The blood treatment device includes at least one membrane filter, in particular a hollow fiber membrane filter, at least one first partial circuit, and at least one second partial circuit, with the first and second partial circuit being separated by the membrane filter in a semipermeable manner. The first partial circuit is first filled with a fluid with a uniform and/or a pulsatile first volumetric flow rate that does not exceed a specified threshold value. At this value the fluid has not yet completely wetted and/or soaked the membrane, and/or the second partial circuit is at least temporarily open towards the atmosphere, and air is displaced from the first into the second partial circuit via the membrane filter, and/or during filling no negative pressure is applied to the first partial circuit.

    摘要： The present invention relates to a method for removing blood from an extracorporeal blood circuit and/or a functional device, each connectable or connected with a blood treatment apparatus for the purpose of blood treatment of a patient. The blood treatment apparatus of the method comprises or is connected with at least one extracorporeal blood circuit with a line having interior portions, the extracorporeal blood circuit comprising at least one arterial line section and at least one venous line section, wherein a first section of the arterial line section is configured to be connected with a second section of the venous line section, and further comprises at least one blood pump for conveying blood within the line interior portions. The method includes the step of operating the blood pump in a second conveying direction which is opposite to a first customary conveying direction. It further relates to corresponding apparatuses.

    摘要： The invention relates to a method for the emptying of a blood tubing set of a blood treatment device comprising an extracorporeal blood circuit including a membrane filter having a first chamber and a second chamber separated therefrom by a membrane, said first chamber being flowed through by blood in operation of the blood treatment device and said second chamber being flowed through by filtrate in operation of the blood treatment device, and said blood tubing set including an arterial blood tube and a venous blood tube which are both in communication with the first chamber of the membrane filter and which conduct blood from the patient to the membrane filter and from the membrane filter to the patient in operation of the blood treatment device, and comprising a substituate line which opens into the arterial blood tube and/or into the venous blood tube, and comprising a substituate pump which is in communication with the substituate line such that it conveys substituate from a substituate source through the substituate line, wherein, for the purpose of emptying the blood tubing set, the arterial blood tube and the venous blood tube are connected to one another such that a circuit including the membrane filter, the arterial blood tube and the venous blood tube arises, that the substituate line is disconnected from the substituate source and that air or gas is pumped into the blood tubing set by means of the substituate pump so that an excess pressure arises in the blood tubing set by which liquid is displaced into the second chamber of the membrane filter via the membrane of the membrane filter. The invention furthermore relates to a blood treatment device.
