Abstract: The present invention discloses a multi-channel impact-resistant intelligent-constant-deceleration hydraulic braking system, and relates to the field of safety braking control for mine hoist systems. A technical point of the braking system is that the braking system includes a braking circuit formed by a constant-deceleration hydraulic system, a constant-deceleration electrical closed-loop control system, and a detection and feedback apparatus. The constant-deceleration hydraulic system is provided with N+1 independent complete oil return channels, where N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 3. The oil return channels are disposed in parallel to form parallel independent braking circuits, that is, are “multi-channel” and do not have a “common output point”. The oil return channel includes a backup oil source, an electro-hydraulic signal conversion and amplification component, an operating mode switching apparatus, and an execution component that are sequentially connected. The oil return channels include one backup channel and N working channels. Functions such as constant-deceleration braking, impact and vibration limiting, rope slip prevention, derailing prevention, and overwinding prevention can be safely and reliably achieved when a mine hoist system normally stops, performs operation braking or performs safety braking, thereby greatly reducing an accident rate.

Abstract: A method and device for preventing impact vibration of a lift system include: acquiring a load weight in a lift container; obtaining preset basic parameters of a lift system; according to the load weight in the lift container and the basic parameters of the lift system, determining a fundamental wave vibration period of a lifting rope when the lift system starts; according to the fundamental wave vibration period and preset calculation parameters of the lift system, determining time-varying simulation parameters of an acceleration of the lift system during a lifting process; according to determined time-varying simulation parameters of the acceleration, lifting the lift container.

Abstract: A double-drum linkage winding type hoisting system includes a first hoisting drum and a second hoisting drum. The first hoisting drum and the second hoisting drum are engaged and linked through engagement structures on outer circumferences of the first hoisting drum and the second hoisting drum or are linked through a linkage intermediate member. A first hoisting rope is wound around the first hoisting drum. A second hoisting rope is wound around the second hoisting drum. The first hoisting rope and the second hoisting rope are not connected with each other.

Abstract: A rope replacement apparatus includes: a rope conveying mechanism, used for driving a first rope to move along a moving path of a second rope, so as to replace the second rope; a first detection part, used for detecting a first moving speed V1 of the first rope output by the rope conveying mechanism; the first detection part being installed on the rope conveying mechanism; a second detection part, used for detecting a second moving speed V2 of the second rope outside the rope conveying mechanism; the second detection part being installed on the moving path of the second rope; a control part, used for adjusting V1 according to the difference between V1 and V2; the first detection part and the second detection part being both in communication connection with the control part. The rope replacement apparatus improves rope replacement efficiency and slipping can be reduced.
