    摘要: There is provided a modified ethylene resin produced by subjecting (a) an ethylene resin to modification with (b) an .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated carboxylic ester having a hydrocarbon-terminated polyalkylene oxide chain, and with (c) an aromatic vinyl compound and/or (d) an ester of an .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated carboxylic acid with an aliphatic alcohol.There is also provided an ethylene resin composition comprising: (A) 80 to 99.9% by weight of a modified ethylene resin produced by subjecting (a) an ethylene resin to modification at least with (b) an .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated carboxylic ester having a polyalkylene oxide chain; and (B) 20 to 0.1% by weight of a surfactant.

    摘要: A propylene-based copolymer composition comprises: 10 to 60% by weight of a polymer component (A) comprising propylene as a main component and having an isotactic index of not less than 90%; and 40 to 90% by weight of a copolymer component (B) comprising propylene and other &agr;-olefin having not more than 8 carbon atoms and containing propylene and ethylene as essential components, the copolymer component containing cold xylene insolubles in an amount of from more than 20 to 70% by weight based on the weight of whole polymers, and cold xylene solubles in an amount of 10 to 60% by weight based on the weight of whole polymers, and cold xylene solubles containing an &agr;-olefin other than propylene in an amount of less than 20% by weight, and the composition being obtained by first producing the component (A) by polymerization and then producing the component (B) by polymerization. The propylene-based copolymer composition of the present invention exhibits not only excellent flexibility and transparency as well as heat resistance substantially identical to that of propylene homopolymer, but also excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength and impact resistance.

    摘要: Multi-chamber container (1) having its interior partitioned by weak seal portions (3) provided through detachable heat sealing so that multiple contents are accommodated separately from each other, wherein use is made of heat seal layers consisting of a composition comprising two types of propylene copolymers components (component A and component B) from propylene and ethylene and/or a C4-C8 α-olefin which have the following elution properties. Thus, a region wherein a change of seal strength by a change of heat seal temperature is small has a wide temperature range to thereby facilitate controlling of the seal strength at the weak seal portions. The proportion (mass %) of, to total solution, elution according to the TREF method (temperature: 0 to 140° C. and solvent: ODCB) is as follows. With respect to component A: 15 to 50 at 0° C., and 5 to less than 15 at 60 to 90° C. With respect to component B: 0 to 25 at 0° C., and 15 to 70 at 60 to 90° C.

    摘要: There is provided an olefin thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising the following components (A) and (B), said composition having been produced by first polymerizing a monomer of the component (A) and then polymerizing monomers of the component (B), said composition having such fractionation properties that, in temperature rising elution fractionation in the temperature range of 0 to 140° C. using o-dichlorobenzene as a solvent, the eluate obtained at 0° C. is 35 to 60% by weight based on the total elution weight and the eluate obtained at 80 to 100° C. is 1 to 5% by weight based on the total elution weight: (A) 30 to 60% by weight, based on the whole composition, of a propylene homopolymer component having an isotactic index of not less than 90%; and (B) 40 to 70% by weight, based on the whole composition, of a copolymer of propylene with other &agr;-olefin having 2 to 8 carbon atoms, said copolymer comprising propylene and ethylene as indispensable components.
