摘要: This invention has for its aim to provide a hydraulic circuit system arranged such that, even at the time of commencement of drive of a hydraulic actuator with a large inertia, a slow rise in the drive pressure can be achieved, thereby preventing the occurrence of hunting phenomenon. The hydraulic circuit system according to the present invention comprises a plurality of operating valves (15) provided in a discharge conduit (10a) of a hydraulic pump (10), and pressure compensating valves (18) provided in connection conduits between these operating valves (15) and respective hydraulic actuators (16), wherein each of the pressure compensating valves (18) is set at a highest value of load pressures of each of the hydraulic actuators (16), and the displacement of the pump is controlled by a change-over valve (14) adapted to be actuated by the difference between the pump discharge pressure and the load pressure. The hydraulic circuit comprises a bypass conduit (31) connected with a load pressure introduction conduit (30) for introducing the load pressure into a pressure receiving portion of the change-over valve (14). This bypass conduit is connected through a bypass valve (32) adapted to conduct throttling of fluid in inverse proportion to the change in the area of opening of each of the operating valves (15).

摘要: An operation valve having a pressure compensation valve of relatively simple non-complicated internal body structure. In the valve body, a load pressure introducing passage, a check valve and a restriction are formed inside the spool comprising the operation valve. An intermediate pressure between an inlet pressure and an outlet pressure of the compensation valve which is arranged in the valve body, may be supplied to a pressure receiving section of the pressure compensation valve through an oil hole of the spool. The operation valve with the pressure compensation valve is of simple construction and may be easily manufactured.

摘要: In the hydraulic apparatus (1) according to a first aspect of the present invention, mid-pressures between the inlet side and outlet side pressures of a first and a second pressure compensating valves (4, 4') are permitted to act on the flow rate decreasing side pressure receiving surfaces (4b, 4b') thereof through first and second mid-pressure supplying means (13, 13'), thereby restraining operational error and malfunction of the pressure compensating valves (4, 4'). In the hydraulic apparatus (20) according to a second aspect of the present invention. when actuating valves are made to assume neutral position, holding pressures of hydraulic actuators (5, 5') are permitted to act on flow rate decreasing side pressure receiving surfaces (4b, 4b') of pressure compensating valves (4), (4') so that spools of the pressure compensating valves are held at compensating position, thereby improving the response of the hydraulic actuators (5, 5') to lever actuation.

摘要: An operating valve assembly incorporates a pressure compensation valve and is capable of contributing down-sizing of a hydraulic circuit. The valve assembly includes an operating valve, compensation valves and a load pressure detecting portion. A valve body of the operating valve defines a spool bore extending laterally through the valve body at a vertically intermediate portion of the valve body, a load pressure detecting port at a laterally intermediate portion of the spool bore, and a respective pump port, actuator port and tank port at each side of the load pressure detecting port. The operating valve also includes a spool within the spool bore. The pressure compensation valves are arranged at left and right sides of an upper portion of the valve body and the load pressure detecting portion, for supplying load pressure to the load pressure detecting port, is formed in the spool.

摘要: A hydraulic driving system includes a hydraulic pump, a driving source, a hydraulic cylinder, a closed circuit hydraulic path between the pump and cylinder, a pump-flow-rate control unit controlling a discharge flow rate of the pump, a flow rate control valve between the pump and the cylinder in the fluid path, a directional control unit, a target flow rate setting unit and a control device. The directional control unit allows a flow of fluid from the pump to the cylinder and prohibits a flow of fluid from the cylinder to the pump when fluid is supplied from the pump to the cylinder via the flow rate control valve. The control device controls fluid flow to the cylinder with the flow rate control valve when the target flow rate is within a prescribed range, and with the pump-flow-rate control unit when the target flow rate is greater than the prescribed range.

摘要: A hydraulic valve assembly comprises a valve body defining first and second valve receptacle bores, a fluid pump, a first fluid passage communicated with the fluid pump, a second fluid passage communicated with a hydraulic load, and a third fluid passage communicated with a fluid reservoir. A first valve sub-assembly including a sleeve enclosing a first valve mechanism therein is disposed within the first valve receptacle body for selectively permitting and blocking introduction of the pressurized working fluid. Also, a second valve sub-assembly including a sleeve enclosing a second valve mechanism therein is disposed within the second valve receptacle bore for selectively establishing and blocking fluid communication between the second and third fluid passage means. A third valve assembly is provided in the valve body for selectively establishing and blocking fluid communication between the load side of the first valve sub-assembly and the second fluid passage for supplying the pressurized working fluid to the hydraulic load. A control valve assembly is provided in the valve body for generating a control pressure for controlling position of the first and second valve subassemblies.
