    摘要: A process for the catalytic epoxidation of olefins in the presence of a titanium containing zeolite catalyst and a polar solvent whereby the deactivation of the catalyst upon recycling of the solvent has been considerably reduced. In the process one or more nitrogen containing compounds are introduced at some stage, a solvent stream is recovered, treated to contain less than 50 wppm nitrogen in the form of organic nitrogen compounds and at least a part of it is recycled to the epoxidation step. Also disclosed is a process for the catalytic epoxidation of propene which integrates the treatment and recycle of the solvent into the workup of the reaction mixture.

    摘要: A process for the generation of a syngas in an entrained-flow gasification process includes a solid, carbon-containing fuel which is introduced via burners into a reactor which also supplies the oxygen for gasification. The fuel is introduced on a burner level where the burners are arranged concentrically around the reaction chamber or in the head area. The syngas obtained is discharged from the reaction chamber via a discharge nozzle, so that the syngas is passed into a collecting chamber for cooling by addition of low-temperature gaseous, vaporous or liquid cooling agents. A quench chamber is provided between the reactor and the collecting chamber. Additional burner levels are in the quench chamber via which a fuel material of renewable fuels or biofuels is introduced into the syngas, so that the heat enthalpy of the syngas can be utilized for the endothermic gasification reaction of the biological raw material. An apparatus for this generation of synthesis gas includes several burner levels, the renewable fuel being supplied to the gasification chamber with or without water vapour or oxygen and the enthalpy of the hot syngas being utilized for the gasification of the renewable fuel.

    摘要: The gasification device includes a pipe wall structure assembled of a plurality of pipe circuits enclosing in a gas tight manner a reactor space. A pressure jacket surrounds at a distance the pipe wall structure and delimits therewith a water filled interspace. All inlet conduits for supplying cooling water to individual pipe circuits pass through the jacket whereas the outlets of the pipe circuits open into the interspace. A common discharge conduit for cooling water is provided in the pressure jacket and communicates with the interspace. The pressure jacket is assembled of two parts interconnected by a releasable flange connection. All inlet conduits and common outlet conduits are attached to the upper part so as to enable the lifting of the entire pipe wall structure upon the lower part together with the upper part.

    摘要: A device for cooling a stream of hot producer gas exiting from a gasification reactor operating at an increased pressure, includes a set of water spraying nozzles directed against the producer gas stream. Water feeding conduits connected to the nozzles pass through a sealing web provided between the pipe wall structure of the reactor and a separate pipe wall structure of a gas outlet connection piece provided above the discharge opening of the reactor. The geometric locations of respective nozzles are on a circle whose diameter is larger than that of the gas discharge opening and is smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe wall structure of the connection piece.
