Abstract:
Disclosed is a semiaromatic polyamide resin composition including a semiaromatic polyamide (A) and a polyhydric alcohol (B), wherein a mass ratio (A/B) between the semiaromatic polyamide (A) and the polyhydric alcohol (B) is 99.95/0.05 to 90/10; and the semiaromatic polyamide (A) includes as constituent components thereof an aromatic dicarboxylic acid component and an aliphatic diamine component, and has a melting point of 300 to 350° C.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a resin composition excellent in mechanical properties, stiffness properties, appearance characteristics, flame retardancy and metal corrosion resistance and having a small environmental load, compared to those of conventional polyamide-based flame-retardant resin compositions. The present invention related to a flame-retardant resin composition, comprising: 35 to 85% by mass of a polyamide resin (A); 0.45 to 30% by mass of a cellulose fiber (B) having an average fiber diameter of 10 μm or less; 4.5 to 40% by mass of metal phosphinate (C); and 0 to 35% by mass of a reinforcing material (D) other than the cellulose fiber.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a resin composition capable of giving a molded body having a metallic color tone and excellent in surface hardness, surface glossiness, mechanical properties, and flow mark reducing property. The present invention relates to a polyamide resin composition comprising 100 parts by mass of a polyamide (A), 0.1 to 50 parts by mass of a cellulose fiber (B) having an average fiber diameter of 10 μm or less and 0.1 to 12 parts by mass of a metallic pigment (C).
Abstract:
The present invention provides a sliding member which is superior to a conventional polyamide sliding member not only in mechanical properties (especially, flexural property) but also in sliding property. The present invention relates to a sliding member comprising unmodified cellulose fibers or cellulose fibers in which a part of hydroxyl groups from cellulose has been modified with a hydrophilic substituent, which have an average fiber diameter of 10 μm or less, in an amount of 0.1 to 50 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of a polyamide resin.
