Abstract: Provided is a resin composition by which can be obtained a molded article that can maintain a high level of strength and in which an increase in a yellowness index (YI) value is suppressed, even when irradiated with ultraviolet light for a long period of time. Also provided is a molded article formed from the resin composition. The resin composition contains a polyamide resin and a triazine-based ultraviolet absorber. The polyamide resin contains a xylylenediamine-based polyamide resin containing diamine-derived structural units and dicarboxylic acid-derived structural units with 70 mol % or more of the diamine-derived structural units being derived from a xylylenediamine, and 70 mol % or more of the dicarboxylic acid-derived structural units being derived from an α,ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having from 6 to 14 carbons. When in a state of a 10 mg/L chloroform solution, the triazine-based ultraviolet absorber has an absorbance at a wavelength of 290 nm of 0.50 or more, and the content of the triazine-based ultraviolet absorber is 0.50 mass % or more in relation to the total mass of the resin composition.

Abstract: Provided is a resin composite having high mechanical properties which make the resin composite moldable into and usable as members for use in applications such as vehicle-mounted members and electrical materials. The resin composite comprises 0.5-40 mass % chemically modified, fine cellulose fibers and a resin, wherein the chemically modified, fine cellulose fibers have a pyrolysis initiation temperature (TD) of 270° C. or higher, a number-average fiber diameter of 10 nm or larger but less than 1 μm, and a degree of crystallinity of 60% or higher. In a preferred embodiment, the chemically modified, fine cellulose fibers have a coefficient of variation (CV) in DS unevenness ratio, DSs/DSt, of 50% or less, the DS unevenness ratio being the ratio of the modification degree (DSs) of the surface layers of the fibers to the modification degree (DSt) of the whole of the fibers.

The method includes: (a) choosing carbon fabrics as raw material, where a predetermined number of the fabrics are selected to deposit the reinforcement phase; (b) coating all carbon fabrics with resin matrix, placing the fabrics layer by layer, where the carbon fabrics with the reinforcement phases are placed in a predetermined layer, meanwhile a micro power supply is placed in a setting layer during the stacking process, then a prefabricated product is obtained; (c) placing the prefabricated product in a vacuum bag then evacuating and sealing, hot pressing the sealed prefabricated product, finally the carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite product in the vacuum bag after hot pressing is successfully manufactured.
