    Abstract: The electret-treated sheet includes: a core layer (A) which is a porous film containing at least a thermoplastic resin; a surface layer (X) disposed on one side of the core layer (A); and a back surface layer (Y) disposed on the other side of the core layer (A), the surface layer (X) and the back surface layer (Y) each having a charged outermost surface, wherein the electret-treated sheet has a water vapor permeability coefficient of 0.1 to 2.5 g·mm/m2·24 hr; the core layer (A) has a pore aspect ratio of 5 to 50 and an average pore height of 2.5 to 15 μm; the surface layer (X) and the back surface layer (Y) each have a thickness of 5 to 200 μm; and the surface layer (X) includes a heat seal layer (B) including the outermost surface, wherein the heat seal layer (B) has a melting point of 50 to 140° C.

    Abstract: A sensor unit capable of protecting a piezoelectric element and detecting vibration and sound is provided. The sensor unit comprises a sheet-like piezoelectric element having a porous layer, and a sound propagation sheet covering at least one face of the piezoelectric element and permitting transmission of sound from a first face toward a second face of the sound propagation sheet. A difference in acoustic pressure level between the sound incident on the sound propagation sheet and the transmitted sound is preferably no greater than 10 dB. A surface density of the sound propagation sheet is preferably from 0.03 g/m2 to 100 g/m2. The sound propagation sheet is preferably flexible and preferably has voids. The sensor unit preferably further comprises a sound insulation sheet covering another face of the piezoelectric element and substantially preventing transmission of sound from a second face toward a first face of the sound insulation sheet.

    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a low pressure-loss type of filter which has a high dust collecting capability and suppresses the lowering of the dust collecting capability even after cleaning. The present invention relates to an electret-treated sheet including at least a surface layer, a high dielectric layer and a back-surface layer, while having the high dielectric layer between the surface layer and the back-surface layer, wherein the surface layer and the back-surface layer are each a thermoplastic resin film having a relative dielectric constant of smaller than 6 at 100 kHz; the high dielectric layer is a material having a relative dielectric constant of 6 or larger at 100 kHz; and the surface layer and the back-surface layer each have a static charge due to electrostatically charge; and to a filter using the same.
