摘要: In a gas turbine having a plurality of moving blades provided on a rotary shaft in a circumferentially adjoining condition, a seal pin is provided in a spacing between the shanks of the adjacent moving blades for preventing leakage of cooling air from a blade root portion side to an airfoil side; an arcuately depressed portion is formed on the shank of each of the moving blades; and vibration of each of the moving blades is suppressed in such a manner that the seal pin serves as a spring system while the airfoil portion, the platform, the shank, and the blade root portion serve as a mass system.

摘要: A rotating blade body is provided that can restrain vibrations of rotating blades effectively. The rotating blade body comprises rotor disc, a plurality of rotating blades being assembled so as to extend from the outer circumference of the rotor disc in a radial pattern, and sealing pins extending along the direction of the rotating shaft in the gaps between the platforms of the rotating blades being adjacent in circumferential direction. The sealing pins have a through-hole made therein, penetrating axially from one end surface to the other end surface.

摘要: A control valve controls the displacement of a variable displacement type compressor. The compressor includes a crank chamber, suction chamber, a bleed passage, and a supply passage. The control valve has a supply side valve, a transmission rod, and a relief side valve. The transmission rod connects the relief side valve with the supply side valve. The relief side valve includes a passage chamber constituting part of the bleed passage. The passage chamber is separated into a first area, which is connected to the crank chamber, and a lower area, which is connected to the suction chamber. A pressure sensing member moves the relief side valve body in accordance with the pressure in the upper area. The effective pressure receiving area of the sensing member is substantially equal to the cross sectional area of the passage chamber that is sealed by the relief side valve body.

摘要: A control valve used in a variable displacement compressor. The valve includes a valve chamber having a valve hole. A valve body is accommodated in the valve chamber for selectively closing and opening the valve hole. An opening spring urges the valve body in a direction opening the valve hole. An actuator generates force in a direction closing the valve hole. A solenoid rod transmits the force of the actuator to the valve body. A pressure sensing chamber is defined independently from the valve chamber to receive refrigerant from a suction passage. A pressure sensing member is located in the sensing chamber for sensing the pressure in the sensing chamber. A pressure sensing rod transmits the pressure sensed by the sensing member to the valve body. A compression spring, a cap and stoppers maintain proper alignment of the pressure sensing member. The valve body is moved based on the refrigerant pressure sensed by the sensing member, the force of the spring and on the force of the actuator.

摘要: A control valve in a compressor that adjusts the discharge displacement based on controlling of an inclination of a cam plate. The compressor includes a supply passage for connecting a discharge chamber with a crank chamber. The control valve is placed midway on the supply passage for adjusting the amount of the gas introduced into the crank chamber from the discharge chamber. The control valve has a valve hole and a valve chamber respectively disposed midway on the supply passage. A valve body is located in the valve chamber to adjust the opening size of the valve hole. A reacting member reacts to the pressure in the first area. The reacting member moves the valve body via a first rod in accordance with the pressure in the first area. A solenoid is opposed to the reacting member with respect to the valve body. The solenoid has a fixed core, a plunger and a plunger chamber. Electric current sent to the solenoid produces a magnetic attractive force between the core and the plunger in accordance with a magnitude of the current. A second rod is placed between the plunger and the valve body to urge the valve body by the magnetic attractive force. The discharge chamber is connected with the valve chamber. The crank chamber is connected with the valve hole and the plunger chamber.

摘要: A first contact member comprises a liquid conductor which comes into contact with a second contact member so as to establish the electric connection between the two contact members. A container contains the first contact member therein. The second contact member is pin-shaped. The container is tube-shaped and has a containing portion, which is filled with the liquid conductor, and has an opening through which the second contact member is inserted. An area contraction portion for contracting the cross sectional area of the container is formed at a position between the containing portion and the opening. The container is installed in a through hole provided in a base member. The container includes a pipe member of an electric conductor which comes into direct contact with the liquid conductor and a plug member to be inserted into the hole, before the pipe member is inserted, for preventing the liquid conductor from escaping from the container. The container is formed of elastic material. The portion of the container near to the opening is split into segments and portions of the segments are positioned away from each other as the portions are near to the opening so that the outer diameter of the segments is larger than the inner diameter of the hole before the container is installed into the hole, the segments approaching each other as the container is being inserted into the hole against the elastic force of the segments.
