    Abstract: The invention discloses an all-plastic spray device, comprising a handle, an environmentally friendly cross-arm plastic spring, a positioning seat, a nozzle mechanism, a hexagonal plug, a piston mechanism, an environmentally friendly plastic upper spring, an environmentally friendly plastic lower spring, a plastic ball, and a pump body. The invention adopts the design of two-stage elastic element. Both the environmentally friendly plastic upper spring and the environmentally friendly plastic lower spring are made of plastic materials, which can well replace the metal spring. The two-stage elastic element also has a significant improvement in the pressing feel.     Abstract: A method of assembling a trigger sprayer assembly includes providing an engine having a piston chamber and a fluid passage that is fluidly coupled to the piston chamber, the fluid passage extending from an input portion to an output portion. The method further includes inserting a piston component into the piston chamber, and coupling a trigger lever to the engine and the piston component. Pivoting the trigger lever relative to the engine pushes and pulls the piston component within the piston chamber to drive fluid from the input portion to the output portion of the fluid passage. The method further includes coupling a shroud to the engine, where the coupling comprises positioning a rail protrusion of the engine within a corresponding recess formed in the shroud, and inserting a shelf extending from an interior surface of the shroud into a pair of receiving clips extending from the engine.

    Abstract: A full-plastic trigger spray pump, comprising a pump body (1). The lower part of the pump body (1) is connected to a locking cover (8); a liquid spray channel (11) is provided in the pump body (1); a nozzle (2) is provided at an outlet of the liquid spray channel (11); a liquid outlet channel (12) and a liquid inlet channel (13) which are vertically isolated from each other are provided in the pump body (1); the liquid outlet channel (12) is communicated with the liquid spray channel (11); a liquid guide chamber (14) is provided on a side of the liquid outlet channel (12) and the liquid inlet channel (13); the upper part of the liquid guide chamber (14) is always in communication with the liquid outlet channel (12) by means of a normally open port (15); a pumping piston (3) is provided in the liquid guide chamber (14); a trigger (4) capable of driving the pumping piston (3) to do piston movement in a left-right direction in the liquid guide chamber (14) is hinged onto the pump body (1); an elastic arm (5) capable of pressing against the pump body (1) and driving the trigger (4) to return the pumping piston (3) back is provided on the trigger (4); a lateral one-way valve that can be opened during the return movement of the pumping piston (3) so as to enable the liquid guide chamber (14) to be communicated with the liquid inlet channel (13) is provided between the liquid guide chamber (14) and the liquid inlet channel (13). The full-plastic trigger spray pump has simple structure and high liquid inflow efficiency, and can make full use of the solution pumped into the liquid guide chamber via a pump.
